Billions died, cities were reduced to ruins, and the survivors were forced to hide inside enormous shelters. Over generations, humanity rebuilt itself. The shelters became massive fortified cities, new technologies were developed, and civilization slowly became stronger than before. But Earth had changed. Tenji et Subaru décident de l'aider. La scène introduit progressivement Emilia. Tenji remarque immédiatement qu'elle semble différente des autres personnes qu'il a rencontrées.
