Mas algumas começam por algo muito mais difícil de encontrar: pessoas que, mesmo sem terem nada, decidem construir alguma coisa juntas. Esta é a história de Drew, Pedro e Plumos. Três personalidades diferentes, três caminhos distintos e uma mesma organização que aprenderia a sobreviver até quando tudo parecia perdido. PRÓLOGO — ANTES DO NOME Ninguém sabia exatamente o que estava prestes a acontecer naquela cidade. ONE LION RP era um lugar onde as alianças mudavam rapidamente, amizades eram colocadas à prova e a influência de uma organização podia desaparecer de uma noite para outra. Naquele cenário, três homens caminhavam por caminhos diferentes. Drew era conhecido pela personalidade forte. Não gostava de receber ordens de qualquer pessoa e tinha uma habilidade particular para enxergar oportunidades onde os outros só viam problemas. Pedro era mais calculista. Observava antes de falar, pensava antes de agir e tinha dificuldade em confiar completamente nas pessoas. Para ele, palavra tinha peso. Plumos era diferente dos dois. Comunicativo, provocador e dono de um humor que aparecia até nos momentos mais inconvenientes. Mas por trás das brincadeiras existia alguém que valorizava profundamente as pessoas que considerava família. Naquele momento, nenhum dos três imaginava que seus nomes acabariam ligados para sempre. CAPÍTULO 1 — TRÊS CAMINHOS, UMA CIDADE ONE LION RP — ÁREA CENTRAL O movimento no centro era intenso. Carros atravessavam as avenidas, jogadores se reuniam nas calçadas e as organizações disputavam influência em diferentes regiões. Drew estava envolvido com uma organização criminosa. Pedro também possuía suas próprias conexões. Plumos, por sua vez, circulava por outro grupo, com seus próprios interesses e relações. Eles não eram amigos. Na verdade, havia motivos suficientes para que desconfiassem uns dos outros. O primeiro encontro aconteceu quase por acaso. Drew estava encostado em um veículo quando percebeu Pedro observando uma movimentação na rua. — Tá esperando alguém ou tá só olhando a cidade passar? — perguntou Drew. Pedro virou o rosto. — Depende. Você sempre conversa com quem não conhece? Drew soltou uma risada. — Só quando parece que a pessoa tá procurando problema. Antes que Pedro respondesse, Plumos apareceu. — Rapaz, vocês dois vão ficar nessa entrevista até amanhã ou alguém vai falar alguma coisa interessante? Pedro olhou para ele. — E você é quem? — O cara que acabou de salvar essa conversa. Drew começou a rir. Foi uma conversa pequena. Sem promessas, sem alianças e sem qualquer sinal de que algo importante estava começando. Mas, naquela tarde, os três perceberam uma coisa: tinham mais em comum do que imaginavam. CAPÍTULO 2 — O NASCIMENTO DA EQUIPE ÓDIO QUANDO TRÊS SE TORNARAM UM Alguns dias depois, os três voltaram a se encontrar. Dessa vez, não foi por acaso. Plumos havia chamado os dois para uma conversa em um ponto mais afastado do centro. Quando Drew chegou, Pedro já estava sentado sobre o capô de um carro. — Demorou, hein — comentou Pedro. — Tava resolvendo umas coisas — respondeu Drew. Plumos apareceu logo depois, carregando aquele sorriso de quem sempre parecia saber mais do que dizia. — Seguinte, rapaziada. Vou falar uma coisa e vocês não precisam concordar. Mas eu tô cansado de ficar construindo o sonho dos outros. Drew cruzou os braços. — Desembucha. — Cada um aqui tem sua caminhada. Cada um representa um grupo. Mas já perceberam que a gente vive trabalhando para fazer o nome dos outros crescer? Pedro ficou em silêncio por alguns segundos. — Você tá falando de criar alguma coisa nossa? — Exatamente — respondeu Plumos. Drew olhou para os dois. — Criar uma organização não é difícil. Difícil é fazer ela continuar existindo quando começar a dar errado. Pedro finalmente entrou na conversa: — Então não vamos criar algo que dependa de uma pessoa só. Aquela frase ficou no ar. Naquela noite, os três começaram a desenhar algo que ainda não tinha nome, uniforme ou território. Mas já tinha uma coisa que muitas organizações demoravam anos para conseguir: propósito. O nome surgiu durante a conversa. EQUIPE ÓDIO. Não porque queriam viver de ódio, mas porque decidiram transformar todas as dificuldades, provocações e derrotas em combustível para continuar. O primeiro compromisso foi simples: Ninguém seria maior que a própria equipe. CAPÍTULO 3 — OS PRIMEIROS TESTES O começo não foi bonito. Faltavam membros, estrutura, recursos e, principalmente, experiência em liderar uma organização própria. Drew queria acelerar tudo. Pedro defendia que era necessário construir uma base sólida. Plumos tentava impedir que as reuniões terminassem em discussões. Certa noite, durante uma conversa no QG improvisado, Drew perdeu a paciência. — A gente precisa crescer! Não dá pra ficar esperando tudo cair do céu. Pedro respondeu sem levantar a voz: — E crescer pra quê? Pra ter vinte pessoas que não sabem nem por que estão aqui? — Então qual é tua solução? — Construir uma equipe que funcione quando nenhum de nós estiver online. Plumos, que até então estava mexendo no celular, levantou a cabeça. — Eu tenho uma solução melhor. Os dois olharam para ele. — Vocês podem continuar discutindo enquanto eu procuro gente que tenha juízo. O silêncio durou dois segundos. Depois os três começaram a rir. Aquela era a essência deles. Drew tinha intensidade. Pedro tinha estratégia. Plumos tinha a capacidade de manter os dois conectados mesmo quando discordavam. Com o tempo, chegaram novos integrantes. Alguns ficaram, outros partiram. Houve desentendimentos, promessas não cumpridas e momentos em que a continuidade da organização parecia incerta. Mas a EQUIPE ÓDIO começou a ganhar forma. CAPÍTULO 4 — O AZUL DOS CABALLEIROS A equipe precisava de mais do que um nome. Precisava de uma identidade que pudesse ser reconhecida pela cidade. Foi nesse contexto que surgiu a importância dos CABALLEIROS. O azul passou a representar um grupo com identidade própria, ligado à estrutura da EQUIPE ÓDIO. Não demorou para que os CABALLEIROS construíssem sua presença. Vieram os recrutamentos, as reuniões, os encontros e a formação de uma hierarquia. Os uniformes passaram a ser reconhecidos. O grupo começou a desenvolver sua própria cultura. Mas crescer também significava chamar atenção. Os BULLERS, identificados pela cor roxa e ligados aos angolanos, passaram a representar uma das principais rivalidades. Os GROVERS, de identidade verde, também entraram no cenário de disputas. E, enquanto as organizações rivais disputavam influência, as estruturas governamentais da cidade passaram a acompanhar as movimentações. A cidade estava ficando pequena para tanta tensão. Em uma reunião, Drew comentou: — Agora começaram a olhar pra gente. Pedro respondeu: — É porque agora a gente existe de verdade. Plumos completou: — Só espero que tenham preparado café no QG. Porque pelo visto vamos passar umas boas noites acordados. A risada foi geral. Mas, por trás das brincadeiras, todos sabiam que uma nova fase havia começado. CAPÍTULO 5 — UMA CIDADE QUE NÃO ESQUECE ONE LION RP havia deixado de ser apenas o lugar onde os três se conheceram. Agora era o cenário de uma história. Os CABALLEIROS ganharam notoriedade. A EQUIPE ÓDIO passou a ter uma presença mais definida. Os conflitos com os BULLERS e os GROVERS criaram novos capítulos, enquanto as organizações governamentais representavam outro tipo de obstáculo. Nem todas as batalhas foram vencidas. Nem todas as decisões foram corretas. E nem todos que começaram a caminhada permaneceram até o fim. Esse foi talvez o aprendizado mais difícil para os três. Certa madrugada, Pedro encontrou Drew sozinho no QG. — Tá pensando em quê? — Nos caras que começaram com a gente. Pedro sentou ao lado dele. — É. Alguns foram embora. — Outros decepcionaram. — E alguns ainda vão chegar. Drew ficou olhando para a rua. — Você acha que isso tudo vai durar? Pedro demorou a responder. — Se depender só de nós três, talvez não. Mas se a gente conseguir fazer as pessoas acreditarem no que estamos construindo, aí é diferente. Naquela noite, Drew entendeu que liderar não era simplesmente estar na frente. Era construir algo que pudesse continuar mesmo quando ele não estivesse. CAPÍTULO 6 — A NOTÍCIA O FIM DE UMA ETAPA A notícia chegou em um momento inesperado. REAL CITY RP. Um novo cenário. Uma nova cidade. Novas possibilidades. A ideia de levar a EQUIPE ÓDIO para outro servidor começou como uma conversa informal, mas rapidamente ganhou força. Plumos foi o primeiro a demonstrar entusiasmo. — Imagina começar tudo de novo? Cidade nova, gente nova, novas histórias... Drew interrompeu: — E novos problemas. — Você consegue estragar até uma notícia boa — respondeu Plumos. Pedro estava mais quieto. — Não é tão simples. A gente tem uma história aqui. Tem gente que construiu isso com a gente. Drew concordou. — Ninguém tá dizendo que vamos apagar o que construímos. Plumos olhou para os dois. — Então qual é o problema? A gente não pode carregar nossa história pra outro lugar? Pedro finalmente sorriu. — Pode. Mas dessa vez vamos fazer diferente. — Diferente como? — perguntou Drew. Pedro levantou o celular e mostrou uma anotação. — Vamos chegar com planejamento. Identidade definida. Hierarquia organizada. E sem esquecer de onde viemos. Drew leu a anotação e deu uma pequena risada. — Tá ficando profissional, hein? Plumos levantou do sofá. — Então fechou. Arruma as coisas, rapaziada. Parece que a gente vai viajar. Por alguns segundos, ninguém falou nada. A decisão estava praticamente tomada. A EQUIPE ÓDIO estava prestes a deixar ONE LION RP para escrever um novo capítulo em REAL CITY RP. CAPÍTULO 7 — A ÚLTIMA NOITE EM ONE LION A última reunião aconteceu no QG. Não havia comemoração. Não havia discursos ensaiados. Apenas os integrantes que fizeram parte daquela caminhada e três homens que sabiam exatamente o que aquele lugar representava. Plumos quebrou o silêncio: — Engraçado, né? A gente começou sem saber nem se ia conseguir manter uma equipe. Drew respondeu: — E olha a confusão que a gente arrumou. Pedro deu uma risada discreta. — Pelo menos não foi uma confusão pequena. Os três ficaram observando a cidade. Drew olhou para os integrantes reunidos. — Quero deixar uma coisa clara. Ninguém aqui precisa esquecer de onde veio. Tudo que a gente construiu nessa cidade faz parte da nossa história. As amizades, os problemas, as conquistas e até os erros. Plumos completou: — E principalmente as histórias que ainda vão contar sobre nós. Pedro levantou o copo. — Ao que construímos. Drew levantou o seu. — Ao que ainda vamos construir. Plumos sorriu. — E que dessa vez vocês dois parem de discutir por cinco minutos. Todos riram. Naquela noite, ONE LION não perdeu simplesmente uma organização. Estava se despedindo de um grupo que havia encontrado ali sua identidade. CAPÍTULO 8 — DESTINO: REAL CITY RP O comboio atravessava a estrada. Dentro do primeiro veículo estavam Drew e Pedro. Plumos seguia logo atrás, conversando pelo rádio. — Teste, teste... tão me ouvindo? Drew apertou o botão. — Infelizmente. — Engraçadinho. Quero saber se vocês estão preparados. Pedro respondeu: — Preparado pra quê? — Pra chegar chegando, meu irmão! Drew começou a rir. — Só não vai arrumar problema antes de a gente conhecer a cidade. — Não prometo nada. Pedro observou a paisagem pela janela. — Rapazes, falando sério... agora começa outra história. Drew ficou alguns segundos em silêncio. — Não. Agora começa a continuação da nossa. O comboio se aproximou da entrada de REAL CITY RP. Uma nova cidade aparecia no horizonte. Novos bairros. Novas organizações. Novas pessoas. Novas oportunidades e, inevitavelmente, novos desafios. Drew desceu do veículo primeiro. Pedro veio logo atrás. Plumos chegou por último, olhando ao redor. — Então é aqui... Drew ajeitou a roupa e observou a cidade. — É aqui. Pedro olhou para os dois. — Vamos fazer valer a pena. Os três caminharam em direção à entrada. A câmera se afastou lentamente, mostrando os veículos, os integrantes e o horizonte de REAL CITY. Na tela, uma frase apareceu: EPÍLOGO — O QUE VEM DEPOIS? Naquela mesma noite, em algum lugar da cidade, um telefone tocou. Drew atendeu. — Fala. Uma voz desconhecida respondeu: — Vocês são os caras que vieram de ONE LION? Drew olhou para Pedro e Plumos. — Depende. Quem quer saber? — Digamos que a chegada de vocês não passou despercebida. Drew sorriu. — Então parece que chegamos. A ligação terminou. Pedro perguntou: — Quem era? Drew guardou o celular. — Ainda não sei. Plumos olhou para os dois. — Rapaz... nem chegamos direito e já tem gente procurando a gente. Pedro respondeu: — Bem-vindos à REAL CITY. FIM DO PRIMEIRO ARCO. CONTINUA NO ARCO II — REAL CITY RP: UMA NOVA ERA DA EQUIPE ÓDIO. 🎬 DIREÇÃO DA PRÓXIMA SAGA Minha proposta é dividir a história de REAL CITY em cinco grandes arcos: 1. Os Estrangeiros: a chegada e a tentativa de conquistar espaço na nova cidade. 2. Novas Alianças: amizades, contatos e organizações que podem mudar o destino da equipe. 3. A Primeira Traição: alguém próximo coloca a confiança dos protagonistas em dúvida. 4. O Peso da Coroa: Drew, Pedro e Plumos começam a discordar sobre o futuro da organização. 5. O Legado ÓDIO: a equipe precisa decidir o que realmente significa permanecer unida.

Toon een close-up van een computerscherm met een ICT-aanvraag. Laat de vrouwelijke ICT-stagiair de aanvraag bekijken als onderdeel van het verhaal, maar wek niet de indruk dat zij de aanvraag zelf heeft ingediend als dat niet zo was. **Bijschrift:** “Er was een aanvraag voor extra ICT-apparatuur en werkplekken.” ## Paneel 2 — Aankomst in Drachten De stagiair gaat samen met een ICT-collega naar de locatie in Drachten om de werkplekken in orde te maken. Ze nemen computerapparatuur mee. Wanneer ze aankomen, ontdekken ze dat er geen bureaus beschikbaar zijn.
