## Chapter 1 — The First Meeting

Miesa, the embodiment of Love, is drawn into the Dreaming by an unfamiliar emotion. She discovers a mysterious garden hidden deep within Dream's realm, where flowers bloom beneath a sky of endless darkness.

Dream senses her presence and approaches, immediately realizing that she is neither human nor one of the Endless. Suspicious of her arrival, he demands to know why she has entered his realm.

Miesa calmly explains that she did not come to challenge him. She simply followed a feeling she could not ignore.

As they speak, Dream notices something impossible: her presence awakens emotions within him that he has buried for countless ages. Miesa, meanwhile, recognizes a loneliness in Dream that even he refuses to acknowledge.

Before leaving, she tells him that sometimes the deepest dreams belong to feelings that have never been spoken.

Miesa disappears, leaving Dream alone in the mysterious garden.

For the first time in an eternity, Dream finds himself thinking about someone he cannot understand.

And somewhere beyond the boundaries of the Dreaming, Love begins to wonder why she was drawn to him.

MAC — 17-year-old male protagonist, slim athletic build, messy black medium-length hair with a distinctive small strand falling over his forehead, sharp dark-blue eyes, youthful handsome face, wearing a simple black hooded jacket over a dark gray shirt, black pants, worn brown boots, small silver pendant around his neck, determined but initially inexperienced expression. Consistent face, hairstyle, body proportions, clothing, colors and accessories in every panel. Modern Japanese shounen manga character design.

Important: If you create a character reference in Manga Maker, reuse that character for every panel/page. MangaMaker.app specifically supports character libraries and reference-based consistency, while MangaMaker.com can also use character descriptions/photos.
Eighty years old, Middle Stage Golden Core!"
Outside of the simulation, Zhou Qing was in a great mood. "No, that is not right. In reality, I am only seventeen years old. I should be at the Middle Stage Golden Core at seventeen years old!"
"Since the Recent Antiquity Era, are there any Cultivators whose starting point is higher than mine?"
Zhou Qing thought about it.
Among Yao Beasts, for instance, those with True Spirit Bloodline possessed powerful Bloodlines and were favored by the heavens and earth. Perhaps they were already at the second stage right after birth and then stepped into the third stage within a short period of time.
There was indeed hope for them to surpass Zhou Qing at the starting line.
But what about human Cultivators?
Unless it was the legendary Innate Dao Fetus.
Otherwise, what could they use to compare with Zhou Qing?
THE HEAVENLY FAMILY — COSMIC SCHOOL ARC

Create a long shōnen manga arc titled "The Cosmic School Arc", set after the Second Great Existential War.

MAIN CONCEPT

The Heavenly Family has entered a new period of peace. The main characters now attend the enormous Cosmic School, an academy located in a world where countless civilizations and powerful beings coexist.

The story should initially feel like a normal school-life shōnen story, with classes, friendships, jokes, rivalries, training, missions, exams and everyday school events.

However, the audience gradually realizes that several students possess powers far beyond anything the school can measure.

The tone should alternate between:

- School life
- Comedy
- Friendship
- Mystery
- Emotional moments
- Supernatural events
- Occasional spectacular battles

Do NOT make every scene a battle. The school-life atmosphere is extremely important.

---

MAIN CHARACTERS

Yassin

The main protagonist. He is one of the two strongest beings in the Heavenly Family.

He is calm, intelligent, confident and usually behaves normally despite his incomprehensible power.

His special Mangekyō Sharingan is:

Mugen Shin-gan

His power cannot be measured by the school's energy system.

Evil Yassin

Yassin's twin brother and equal in power.

He has exactly the same overwhelming level of power as Yassin but has an opposite personality: reckless, silly, impulsive, chaotic and often unintentionally funny.

His Mangekyō Sharingan is also:

Mugen Shin-gan

The two brothers frequently create comedic situations despite being unimaginably powerful.

Leila

Daughter of Nothingness.

Extremely powerful, intelligent and calm.

She is one of the few beings capable of interacting normally with Yassin despite his overwhelming existence.

Lin

Leila's sister and the partner of Evil Yassin.

She is extremely powerful and intelligent, but can also participate in the school's ordinary daily life.

Tasnim

The former heir of the Family of Deadly Rule.

She is powerful, ambitious and emotionally complicated.

Saba

The former heir of the Family of Balance.

Calm and intelligent.

Amani

The former heir of the Family of Light.

Kind, energetic and optimistic.

---

THE COSMIC SCHOOL

The school is enormous and contains students from many civilizations.

It has:

- Classrooms
- Training grounds
- Libraries
- Dormitories
- Cafeterias
- Examination halls
- Energy laboratories
- Mission rooms
- Large arenas
- Outdoor gardens
- Observation towers

Students are divided into six power levels.

The main characters are placed in Section One, the highest-level student section.

Other students in Section One include:

Anis
Sami
Qusay
Jumana
Maya
Ritaj
Adam
Ayyoub
Walaa
Raed

They initially do not understand the true nature of the main characters.

---

IMPORTANT STORY RULE

The Cosmic School has an energy-measuring device.

It can measure extremely powerful students.

However, when it attempts to measure Yassin or Evil Yassin, the device cannot determine their power.

When Evil Yassin touches the device, it completely fails and disappears.

The teachers are shocked.

Yassin and Evil Yassin simply behave as if nothing unusual happened.

Leila and Lin are also impossible for the normal measuring system to properly quantify.

---

CHAPTER 1 — THE FIRST DAY

Begin with the Cosmic School appearing above a gigantic cosmic landscape.

Thousands of students from different civilizations arrive.

Show enormous buildings, floating platforms, training arenas and students using harmless supernatural abilities.

Yassin and Evil Yassin arrive together.

Evil Yassin is excited about school.

Yassin is calm.

They enter Section One.

The other students look at them with curiosity.

The teacher introduces the new students.

Evil Yassin immediately causes a small comedic misunderstanding.

Yassin quietly observes the classroom.

The atmosphere should initially feel like a normal shōnen school manga.

---

CHAPTER 2 — THE POWER TEST

The teacher introduces the school's energy-measuring system.

Every student takes the test.

The machine successfully measures everyone.

Then Yassin approaches.

The machine activates.

The screen shows:

ERROR

The teacher assumes the machine malfunctioned.

Yassin tries again.

Nothing.

Evil Yassin laughs and touches the machine.

The machine immediately disappears.

Everyone becomes completely silent.

Evil Yassin looks at his hand.

He says something humorous such as:

"Did I break it?"

Yassin simply sighs.

The entire classroom reacts with shock.

Do not explain the true extent of their power yet.

---

CHAPTER 3 — ORDINARY SCHOOL LIFE

Focus heavily on normal school life.

Show:

- Lunch
- Classes
- Students talking
- Friendships
- Small arguments
- Funny misunderstandings
- Training exercises
- Teachers attempting to understand the mysterious twins

Yassin behaves normally.

Evil Yassin constantly causes comedic problems.

Leila and Lin quietly observe the situation.

Amani and Saba gradually become comfortable with the school.

Tasnim remains distant.

---

CHAPTER 4 — HISTORY CLASS

A teacher named Ahmed teaches the history of existence.

He explains the thousand-year rule of the three great cosmic families.

He also discusses the two Great Existential Wars.

The students are shocked by the scale of the events.

Yassin and Evil Yassin remain completely silent.

They know the truth behind the history.

Do not reveal everything to the other students.

Use subtle facial expressions to suggest that Yassin remembers much more than he says.

---

CHAPTER 5 — THE FIRST CONFLICT

Several students begin insulting Evil Yassin because they believe he is arrogant and strange.

Yassin becomes extremely serious.

He does not attack them physically.

Instead, he gives them a terrifying warning.

The atmosphere suddenly changes.

The students realize that something about Yassin is completely different.

Then Yassin calmly returns to normal.

Keep the scene dramatic without graphic violence.

---

CHAPTER 6 — TASnim's CHANGE

Tasnim becomes increasingly isolated.

Saba and Amani notice that she is changing.

She becomes more aggressive and emotionally unstable.

The school environment becomes uncomfortable around her.

Do not immediately turn her into a villain.

Show her internal conflict gradually.

---

CHAPTER 7 — TRAINING DAY

The students participate in a controlled training exercise.

Everyone demonstrates their abilities.

Yassin and Evil Yassin deliberately suppress themselves to an absurd degree.

Even while using an almost nonexistent fraction of their power, their presence causes the instructors to become nervous.

Evil Yassin treats the training like a game.

Yassin remains calm.

The scene should combine comedy with a sense of overwhelming hidden power.

---

CHAPTER 8 — THE MYSTERY OF THE TWINS

The students begin investigating Yassin and Evil Yassin.

They discover contradictory information.

Some records suggest they are ordinary students.

Other records cannot identify them at all.

The school's database fails whenever it attempts to properly classify them.

The mystery becomes one of the central themes of the arc.

---

CHAPTER 9 — THE SCHOOL MISSION

Section One receives its first mission.

The mission appears simple.

The students leave the school together.

The mission develops into a dangerous supernatural situation.

Yassin and Evil Yassin could solve everything instantly, but they deliberately allow the other students to participate and learn.

This should demonstrate their maturity rather than simply their power.

---

CHAPTER 10 — THE TWO TWINS

Give Yassin and Evil Yassin a quieter chapter.

Show their relationship as brothers.

They joke with each other.

They argue over trivial things.

Then show a serious moment where both acknowledge that they are responsible for protecting their family.

End the chapter with both brothers looking toward the distant Cosmic School.

---

GENERAL VISUAL STYLE

Use:

Japanese shōnen manga style

with:

- Clean manga linework
- Dynamic facial expressions
- Detailed school backgrounds
- Cinematic panel composition
- Strong black-and-white screentones
- Occasional dramatic visual effects
- Expressive eyes
- Dynamic action poses
- Comedy reaction panels
- Consistent character designs

The school should feel enormous and futuristic while still looking like a recognizable school.

Keep the characters visually consistent between panels.

---

STORY PACING

Do not rush the story.

The Cosmic School Arc should feel like a genuine long-running manga arc.

Approximately:

60% school life and character interactions
20% mystery and emotional development
15% training and supernatural events
5% major battles

The strongest characters should NOT constantly demonstrate their full power.

The contrast between their ordinary school behavior and their incomprehensible power is one of the main attractions of the story.

---

FINAL TONE

The reader should feel:

"These characters are just students..."

followed by:

"...wait. These are the most terrifyingly powerful beings in existence."

The arc should be entertaining, funny, mysterious and occasionally epic, while maintaining the feeling of an actual shōnen school manga.
# THE HIDDEN COST OF GIVING

### A visual research comic about blood donation, iron depletion and donor safety

## OVERALL CREATIVE BRIEF

Create a two-sided scientific educational comic / manga-style research abstract based on an MSc research project investigating whole-blood donation intensity, iron depletion and risk heterogeneity across ethnic groups.

The comic should feel like a **short human story that gradually becomes an epidemiological investigation**.

The reader should begin by following one fictional regular blood donor and believing that everything is straightforward:

“I donate blood. I feel fine. My haemoglobin is okay.”

The story should then reveal that haemoglobin does not tell the entire story about iron stores, introduce ferritin and cumulative donation exposure, and finally zoom out from the individual donor to a population-level epidemiological investigation.

The comic must communicate scientific information accurately but accessibly.

Do NOT portray blood donation as dangerous or discourage donation.

The central message is:

**Blood donation saves lives, but repeated donation can place different demands on donors' iron stores. Understanding donation intensity and differences in risk may help inform better donor protection.**

The visual style should be sophisticated scientific manga / graphic medicine rather than childish cartooning.

Use clean linework, expressive but realistic human characters, modern NHS-style blood donation environments, subtle medical diagrams and visual metaphors.

Use a consistent protagonist throughout the story.

---

# MAIN CHARACTER

## SAM — THE REGULAR DONOR

Create one fictional adult whole-blood donor named Sam.

Sam should look healthy, ordinary and approachable.

Sam is not visibly ill.

Sam should not be assigned a specific ethnic identity because the research later examines population-level ethnic heterogeneity.

Clothing should remain consistent throughout the comic.

Sam should initially appear confident and relaxed.

The purpose of Sam is to represent a donor experience, NOT to represent a particular ethnic group or an individual research participant.

---

# VISUAL METAPHOR

Use a recurring visual metaphor throughout the comic:

### IRON = a reserve or bank account.

Inside Sam's body, represent iron stores as a small symbolic “IRON BANK”.

The bank should gradually become less full as repeated donations occur.

Represent ferritin as the marker associated with the body's stored iron.

Represent haemoglobin separately as a red-cell / haemoglobin gauge.

IMPORTANT:

Do not imply that the comic's visual decrease represents a measured numerical percentage.

It is a conceptual visual metaphor only.

---

# SIDE ONE — THE DONOR'S STORY

## PANEL 1 — “I GIVE BLOOD.”

### Scene

Modern whole-blood donation centre.

Sam is sitting comfortably in a blood donation chair.

A whole-blood collection bag is visibly filling beside Sam.

The environment should look safe, professional and calm.

Sam looks relaxed and healthy.

### Speech bubble

SAM:

“I donate regularly. I feel fine.”

### Narrator box

“Regular blood donation saves lives.”

Then a smaller line:

“But what happens to the donor's iron stores?”

### Visual detail

Very subtly show a small glowing “IRON BANK” symbol inside Sam's body.

Do not explain it yet.

---

# PANEL 2 — “THE GREEN LIGHT”

### Scene

A member of the donation staff checks Sam's haemoglobin.

Show a simple medical screening interface.

The haemoglobin indicator reads:

“HAEMOGLOBIN ✓”

Sam receives the green light to donate.

### Speech bubble

STAFF:

“Your haemoglobin is above the donation threshold.”

SAM:

“Great.”

### Narrator

“But haemoglobin is only part of the story.”

### Visual composition

Show the haemoglobin gauge in the foreground.

Behind it, partially hidden, show the smaller “IRON STORES” gauge.

This creates the visual idea that two related but distinct things are being considered.

---

# PANEL 3 — ENTER THE BLOODSTREAM

### Transition

Zoom dramatically from Sam's body into the bloodstream.

The visual style changes into a beautiful scientific microscopic environment.

Show:

* red blood cells;
* iron;
* haemoglobin;
* an “IRON STORAGE” area represented by the symbolic iron bank.

### Narrator

“Iron is essential for making haemoglobin and red blood cells.”

Then:

“Ferritin is used as a marker of stored iron.”

### Iron Bank character

The iron-storage bank says:

“I’m the reserve.”

Do not make this childish; keep the metaphor visually sophisticated.

---

# PANEL 4 — THE FIRST DONATION

### Scene

Return to Sam donating blood.

Show the blood bag being collected.

Then transition visually from the blood leaving Sam's body to the iron bank.

### Narrator

“A whole-blood donation removes red blood cells — and with them, iron.”

### Visual

Before donation:

IRON BANK

🪙🪙🪙🪙🪙🪙🪙🪙

After donation:

IRON BANK

🪙🪙🪙🪙🪙🪙

Do NOT attach numerical values to the visual.

### Iron Bank

“We can rebuild…”

Small pause.

“…but replenishing iron stores takes time.”

---

# PANEL 5 — “AND THEN SHE COMES BACK.”

Do not change Sam's gender; use:

“AND THEN SAM COMES BACK.”

### Scene

A visual montage across time.

Show a calendar with multiple donation dates.

Donation 1.

Donation 2.

Donation 3.

Donation 4.

Donation 5.

The exact number of donations should be presented as an illustrative example, not as a claim about a threshold.

### Sam

“I’m still eligible.”

### Iron Bank

“But how much is left?”

### Narrator

“This is where donation intensity becomes important.”

Put the scientific term prominently:

DONATION INTENSITY

Underneath:

“Cumulative whole-blood donation exposure over time.”

---

# PANEL 6 — THE HIDDEN DIFFERENCE

This should be one of the most visually important panels.

Split the panel into two large gauges.

LEFT:

HAEMOGLOBIN

✓

“Within donation threshold”

RIGHT:

IRON STORES

↓

“Can become depleted”

Sam remains apparently well.

### Narrator

“A donor may feel well and meet haemoglobin requirements while iron stores are becoming depleted.”

Do not say that every donor will experience this.

The language must remain scientifically cautious.

### Large question at bottom

“So how does repeated donation affect iron depletion?”

---

# PANEL 7 — ONE DONOR BECOMES MANY

### Scene

Begin with Sam.

Then zoom out.

Sam becomes one donor among hundreds and thousands.

Create a large diverse population of fictional whole-blood donors.

Include variation in:

* age;
* sex;
* appearance;
* ethnicity;
* donation history.

### Narrator

“But one donor cannot answer a population-level question.”

### Researcher character enters

RESEARCHER:

“So I looked at the bigger picture.”

The crowd flows into a large epidemiological dataset.

---

# PANEL 8 — THE CENTRAL RESEARCH QUESTION

Make this panel visually clean and dramatic.

The researcher stands in front of a giant question mark.

### Main text

“DOES DONATION INTENSITY AFFECT THE RISK OF IRON DEPLETION?”

Then underneath:

“AND DOES THAT RELATIONSHIP DIFFER BETWEEN ETHNIC GROUPS?”

### Visual

Show:

DONATION INTENSITY

↓

IRON DEPLETION

And beside it:

ETHNICITY

↓

possible variation in risk

Do not depict a confirmed ethnic difference.

This is a research question, not a result.

---

# SIDE TWO — THE RESEARCH INVESTIGATION

The second side should visually shift from narrative storytelling to a scientific research investigation.

Maintain the manga aesthetic but use clean information design.

The reader should feel that they are now entering the researcher's study.

---

# PANEL 9 — “WHO DID WE STUDY?”

### Visual

Create a large funnel labelled:

“DONOR POPULATION”

At the top, show many donors.

The funnel filters the population.

Include:

WHOLE-BLOOD DONORS ✓

DONATION HISTORY ✓

FERRITIN / IRON DATA ✓

ADULT DONORS ✓

Then visually exclude:

PLATELET DONORS ✕

PLASMA DONORS ✕

### Narrator

“We focused on adult whole-blood donors with relevant donation and iron data.”

Do not add eligibility criteria that are not present in the final dissertation.

---

# PANEL 10 — “WHAT DID WE MEASURE?”

Create a scientific detective-board layout.

At the centre:

IRON DEPLETION

Connect it visually to:

DONATION INTENSITY

FERRITIN

HAEMOGLOBIN

Then show additional variables around the main relationship:

AGE

SEX

BASELINE HAEMOGLOBIN

DONATION TYPE

### Narrator

“We examined whether donation intensity was associated with markers of iron depletion while accounting for other relevant donor characteristics.”

Keep the wording cautious.

---

# PANEL 11 — THE STATISTICAL DETECTIVE

### Scene

The researcher stands in front of a large analytical board.

At the centre:

DONATION INTENSITY → IRON DEPLETION

But several other arrows enter the analysis:

AGE → IRON STATUS

SEX → IRON STATUS

BASELINE Hb → IRON STATUS

DONATION TYPE → IRON STATUS

### Researcher

“Before we attribute differences to donation intensity…”

“…we need to account for other factors.”

### Technical label

MULTIVARIABLE REGRESSION

Underneath in small text:

“Adjusted analysis”

### Visual metaphor

Represent multivariable regression as a transparent filter separating the different influences.

Do NOT turn this into a mathematical equation unless space permits.

The purpose is to communicate the analytical concept.

---

# PANEL 12 — THE ETHNICITY QUESTION

### Scene

Show a diverse group of whole-blood donors.

Above them:

“DOES RISK LOOK THE SAME FOR EVERYONE?”

Then create a visual interaction:

DONATION INTENSITY

×

ETHNICITY

↓

IRON DEPLETION

### Researcher

“We also explored whether the relationship between donation intensity and iron depletion differed between ethnic groups.”

### Technical label

“Donation intensity × ethnicity”

“Interaction”

Make this visually understandable even to a reader who has never studied statistics.

---

# PANEL 13 — THE DATA LIMITATION

This must be a serious scientific panel rather than a dramatic twist.

### Scene

The researcher looks at the donor dataset.

Show a large crowd of donor icons.

The population is visibly dominated by White donors, with substantially fewer donors from other ethnic groups.

### Researcher

“But there is an important limitation.”

### Narrator

“The dataset is overwhelmingly White.”

Then:

“This limits the strength and precision with which differences between ethnic groups can be interpreted.”

### Visual

Put a subtle warning symbol beside the dataset.

Do NOT portray the under-represented groups as “rare” or visually insignificant.

The message is about sample representation and statistical interpretability.

---

# PANEL 14 — “WHAT DO WE KNOW?”

Create a split-page visual.

LEFT SIDE:

WHAT WE CAN INVESTIGATE

✓ Donation intensity

✓ Ferritin / iron depletion

✓ Haemoglobin

✓ Donor characteristics

✓ Population differences

✓ Adjusted associations

RIGHT SIDE:

WHAT REMAINS UNCERTAIN

? Ethnic differences where groups are under-represented

? Generalisability

? The extent to which associations reflect causal effects

Use a calm scientific visual style.

This panel communicates scientific uncertainty rather than presenting the research as having a simple answer.

---

# PANEL 15 — RETURN TO SAM

### Scene

Return to the original donation centre.

Sam is sitting in the donation chair again.

The scene visually echoes Panel 1.

But now the reader can see a transparent overlay inside Sam's body:

RED BLOOD CELLS

HAEMOGLOBIN

IRON STORES

FERRITIN

DONATION HISTORY

### Sam

“So there’s more to donor health than whether I can donate today?”

### Researcher

“Yes.”

---

# FINAL PANEL — THE MESSAGE

Create a large, emotionally satisfying final image.

Sam leaves the blood donation centre.

Behind Sam is a large population of donors.

The blood donation centre remains positive and welcoming.

Do not portray donation as dangerous.

### Large headline

“SAFER DONATION ISN’T JUST ABOUT TODAY.”

### Subheading

“It is also about understanding how repeated donation affects donors over time.”

### Final research message

“Understanding donation intensity, iron depletion and risk heterogeneity may help inform more targeted approaches to donor protection.”

### Final small text

“Research question → Evidence → Limitations → Better donor protection”

---

# FOOTER

At the very bottom of the final panel, create a clean academic footer.

Include:

[STUDENT NAME]

MSc Applied Transfusion and Transplantation Science

University of the West of England

Research project:

“A population-based epidemiological investigation of donation intensity, iron depletion, and risk heterogeneity across ethnic groups.”

Add a small QR-code placeholder labelled:

“Read the full research”

Do not generate a fake QR code.

---

# ARTISTIC DIRECTION

STYLE:

Sophisticated medical manga / scientific graphic narrative.

Realistic anatomy where appropriate.

Expressive human characters.

Modern clinical environment.

Clean black or dark linework.

Professional academic presentation.

Subtle use of colour.

The comic should look suitable for presentation alongside a postgraduate biomedical research project.

Avoid childish cartoon aesthetics.

Avoid excessive fantasy.

Avoid gore.

Avoid dramatic hospital imagery.

Avoid portraying the donor as sick.

Avoid portraying blood donation negatively.

---

# VISUAL STORYTELLING PRINCIPLES

Use visual transitions between panels.

The most important transition is:

ONE DONOR

↓

BLOODSTREAM

↓

IRON STORES

↓

REPEATED DONATION

↓

MANY DONORS

↓

DATASET

↓

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS

↓

POPULATION RISK

↓

DONOR PROTECTION

The visual story should therefore move from:

INDIVIDUAL → BIOLOGY → EXPOSURE → POPULATION → ANALYSIS → IMPLICATION.

The comic should not feel like fifteen disconnected illustrations.

Each panel should lead naturally into the next.

---

# IMPORTANT SCIENTIFIC ACCURACY RULES

1. Do not claim that repeated donation inevitably causes iron deficiency.

2. Do not claim that haemoglobin screening is useless.

3. Do not claim that ferritin is routinely measured in every blood donor unless this is explicitly stated in the final research.

4. Do not invent numerical results.

5. Do not invent odds ratios, p-values, confidence intervals or effect sizes.

6. Do not state that one ethnic group has a higher risk unless this is supported by the actual study results.

7. Do not portray the fictional donor as an actual participant.

8. Clearly distinguish conceptual illustrations from actual study findings.

9. Do not imply causation if the study establishes only association.

10. The purpose of the comic is to communicate the research question, study approach, scientific rationale, uncertainty and donor-safety implications accurately.

---

# OVERALL MESSAGE

The reader should finish the comic understanding:

“Blood donation is valuable and generally safe, but repeated whole-blood donation creates an ongoing demand for iron.”

“Haemoglobin and iron stores are related but are not the same thing.”

“Donation intensity may help identify differences in iron depletion risk.”

“Those risks may not be identical across all donor groups.”

“Population-level research can investigate these relationships.”

“However, representation within the dataset affects how confidently differences between ethnic groups can be interpreted.”

“And the ultimate purpose is better-informed donor protection — not discouraging people from giving blood.”

END.

Small text:

WELCOME TO ELYNDRA.
Chapter 4 — They Found Her Name

One day, one of my friends decided to check my Facebook account to see whether she was actually my friend.

Around the same time, I found her TikTok account.

I showed it to my cousin.

He suddenly grabbed the phone from my hand.

He read her name.

They knew.

The secret was gone.

And there was still almost half of the vacation left.

From that day onward, they started teasing me using her actual name.

I told them to stop.

They didn't.

The entire rest of the vacation passed with them teasing me about her.

Eventually, my cousin returned to his school.

I thought the teasing would finally stop.

It didn't.

Every Friday, I visited my hometown, and my friends there continued saying her name in front of me.

I became genuinely annoyed.

But I kept thinking that eventually they would get bored and forget about her.

Days became weeks.

Weeks became months.

They never forgot.

The entire year passed like that.
Create a single-page romantic manga/comic illustration telling a continuous story of a young couple spending a day together. The girl is cute, she has tanned skin like olive color, she is Latina, she has beautiful sparkly eyes shaped like almond and long lashes. Her eyes are dark brown but they shine a lot. Her hair is very long and wavy curly in very black color she has bangs on her forhead. She has a hourglass shape and very pretty body. Big boods and hips and butt, small waist. Dress her in a lovely pink dress that covers her chest well, no cleavage. For him dress him in a black shirt and jeans. She is not very tall. He on the other side is very tanned, has short dark hair that kind of spikes or curls at the front. He has a pretty smile. His eyes are lighter dark brown and shaped more open. He has huge muscles. He is not tall. He is barely taller than her. He has a kind and warm face. No jewelry for both. The story flows naturally from one moment into the next: they play Tekken together at a colorful arcade, laughing and playfully competing; later, the boyfriend cooks chicken curry for his girlfriend in their kitchen while she watches him and hugs him from behind; later that night, they sit together on a wooden bridge over a large peaceful pond beneath a star-filled night sky, sitting close and talking for hours. Finally, they walk home together under the stars, each holding an ice cream, still talking and laughing together. The overall feeling should be that these simple, ordinary moments are becoming precious memories of their life together. Warm, intimate, playful, romantic atmosphere. Manga storytelling, expressive body language, cinematic composition, detailed backgrounds, and consistent characters throughout the entire page.
## ABYSS & TIME

In a world where supernatural powers shape kingdoms, wars, and the fate of humanity, two brothers born with extraordinarily rare abilities grow up believing they will always protect each other.

**Kael Veyr**, the older brother, possesses the power of Dark Magic. He can manipulate shadows, create powerful supernatural constructs, teleport through darkness, and surround himself with mysterious Abyss Ore that strengthens his abilities. After witnessing the destruction and suffering caused by the world's rulers, Kael becomes convinced that the existing world cannot be saved. He decides that the only way to create peace is to destroy the current system and rebuild the world from nothing.

His younger brother, **Auren Veyr**, is born with the legendary power of Time Manipulation. Auren can accelerate his movements, distort the flow of time, briefly rewind his own actions, and completely stop time for exactly five seconds. Unlike Kael, Auren believes the world can still change without destroying everything that already exists.

Years later, Kael begins carrying out a plan that could reshape the entire world.

Auren discovers what his brother is planning and refuses to stand aside.

The brothers meet again beneath the ruins of a city they once promised to protect.

One controls **darkness**.

The other controls **time**.

Both believe they are fighting to save the future.

Neither wants to destroy the other.

But as their beliefs collide, their childhood promise begins to break apart.

Their conflict becomes more than a battle between brothers. It becomes a battle between two different ideas of what the future should be.

**Can Auren stop Kael without losing his brother forever?**

And if Kael succeeds, will the new world he creates truly be better than the one he destroyed?

**Two brothers.
Two powers.
Two paths.
One future.**
Good size boobs and hips and butt, small waist. But her body looks elegant and classy. She looks like thin but with curves. She is not very tall. Her face shape is more like a bit longer but cute. Dress her with a pink dress that covers her chest well, no cleavage. He on the other side is very tanned, has short dark hair that kind of spikes or curls at the front. He has a pretty smile. His eyes are lighter dark brown and shaped more open. He has huge muscles. He is not tall. He is barely taller than her. He has a kind and warm face. He is wearing a black shirt with jeans.

Main Characters

Keal – 17-year-old boy, black hair, blue eyes, handsome, future legendary mage, main protagonist. Calm but sometimes lazy. Royal prince.

Yaaki – 19-year-old male, Keal's elder brother, long black hair with golden highlights, golden eyes, mature and kind.

Sabaaki – 15-year-old male, Keal's younger brother, golden hair, green eyes. Hates Keal and often gives him cold looks.

Jeaok – Father of Keal, Yaaki, and Sabaaki. King of the kingdom and a legendary great wizard. Serious but caring father.

Hema – Mother of the royal family. Queen and legendary swordwoman. Wise and gentle.

Chapter 1

Page 1
Early morning in the royal castle. A maid runs through the corridor. She opens Keal's room door. Keal is sleeping in bed. The maid says, "Master Keal, wake up... or you'll scold me later!" Keal lazily replies, "Huh... who's there? Let me sleep..." The maid reminds him that he asked her to wake him every morning. Keal sits up and says, "Oh right..." The maid greets him. Keal replies, "Morning."

Page 2
Keal asks where his father is. The maid reveals that Jeaok is preparing training arrangements. Keal becomes shocked. Close-up reaction panel. Keal shouts, "Why didn't you tell me earlier, you silly maid?!" He quickly changes clothes and rushes downstairs.

Page 3
Royal dining hall scene. Jeaok invites Keal to join breakfast. Keal feels embarrassed because he is late. He sits with the family. Show the entire royal family together: Jeaok, Hema, Yaaki, Keal, and Sabaaki. Several greeting panels with natural family interaction.

Page 4
Sabaaki secretly gives Keal a cold hateful look. Hema notices the tension. Breakfast continues. Family members begin leaving. Keal stops Jeaok before he leaves. They begin discussing training.

Page 5
Jeaok confirms that Keal's training will finally begin. Keal becomes extremely excited. He runs upstairs. He stops outside Yaaki's room and knocks. Keal says, "Bro Yaaki, may I come in?" Yaaki answers from inside, "Yes, come in." Keal opens the door and enters Yaaki's room.

Art Style
Professional manga, black and white only, detailed backgrounds, royal fantasy kingdom setting, emotional facial expressions, consistent character appearance on every page, dynamic panel layouts, high-quality Japanese manga style, no color, no modern clothing, fantasy royal world atmosphere.
"A four-panel manga page with a black and white halftone screentone aesthetic, following a 16-year-old boy with shaggy, curly, slightly long hair and a weary, tired face, wearing a black t-shirt and black jeans in a messy bedroom setting.
Panel 1: The boy stands close to a video camera mounted on a tripod, pressing the 'REC' button to start filming. He is looking down at the camera with a sigh. The background shows a chaotic bedroom with a wall covered in band posters and a rumpled bed. Sound effects: [SFX: CLICK].
Panel 2: The boy is walking away from the camera tripod, approaching the edge of his unmade bed. The camera is left filming in the foreground. He looks exhausted as he steps toward the bed. Sound effects: [SFX: SHUFFLE, THUD].
Panel 3: A medium shot of the boy sitting cross-legged on the bed, facing directly toward the camera (out of frame). His posture is slumped. A dialogue bubble above him reads: “I want to apologize in advance for my future actions...”
Panel 4: This panel is a view from the camera’s perspective (first-person POV), featuring a slightly grainy digital overlay with 'REC 00:03:15' and a battery icon. The boy is sitting on the bed, pulling a black fabric mask with a white skull design over his face, looking intently into the lens. A dialogue bubble reads: “Today has arrived, the day I have prepared for 6 years...”"
Folding the Sky
A one-shot manga story
Theme: Real strength isn't carrying everything alone — it's letting someone else hold part of the weight.
Genre: Slice-of-life / coming-of-age (yomikiri, ~30 pages)
Setting: A small seaside town, present day
Characters
Sora Kishida (16) — Class representative, top of her grade, always smiling. What no one knows: her father hurt his back last spring, so every night after homework she runs the family bakery's ovens alone until 2 a.m. She has decided that if she never looks tired, no one will worry, and if no one worries, nothing is actually wrong.
Renji Abe (16) — Sits by the window, barely talks in class. Every morning he folds one paper crane and leaves it somewhere in the school — a locker, a windowsill, a library book — for a stranger to find. He calls it "making sure nobody's day has a total of zero good things in it." He never signs them.
Story
Opening image: Dawn. Sora's hands, dusted white with flour, folding the bakery's shutters open. Cut to the same hands twenty minutes later, folding a hair ribbon straight, plastering on a smile as she steps into a classroom full of "Good morning, Kishida-san!"
The first act shows her holding it all together in small, exhausting ways — falling asleep for three seconds during a test and catching herself, waving off a friend's "you look pale," counting coins from the register while she should be sleeping. She's built a whole architecture of fine.
Renji notices what everyone else doesn't: the same girl who used to finish her lunch now barely touches it. One morning she finds a paper crane tucked into her shoe locker. She almost throws it away — she doesn't have room in her day for one more thing to take care of — but something makes her keep it in her pocket instead.
The middle act is built on small, glancing scenes: Renji folding cranes in the back of the classroom while Sora watches without meaning to. A rainy afternoon where their umbrellas end up under the same awning and neither of them says much, which is its own kind of relief. Sora starts finding a crane every few days. She starts, without noticing, looking forward to them.
The break: Two weeks before the school festival, Sora is supposed to finalize the class's entire event plan — on top of a full night shift because her father's pain has flared up again. She hasn't slept properly in four days. In the middle of presenting the plan to the class, her voice just — stops working. Not dramatically. Quietly. She stands at the front of the room and cannot make the next sentence come out, and for the first time all year, everyone can see that something is wrong.
She runs. Not far — just to the stairwell landing, out of sight. She sits down hard and, for the first time in the whole story, she cries like she means it.
Renji finds her there. He doesn't ask what's wrong. He sits one step below her and, without a word, starts folding a crane out of a page torn from his notebook. She watches his hands work in silence for a while.
"Why do you do that," she finally asks. "The cranes."
"Because some days the good thing has to come from outside, or it doesn't come at all." He holds it out to her. "You don't have to make your own good thing happen every single day, Kishida. That's not a rule anyone made. You made that one up."
She tells him everything then — the bakery, her father, the ovens, the counting of coins at midnight. It comes out messy and out of order and she apologizes for it, out of old habit, and he says: "Don't fold this one up neat for me. Just say it."
Resolution: She doesn't quit the bakery and her father doesn't magically heal — the story doesn't hand her a fix. What changes is smaller and more durable: she tells her homeroom teacher the truth, and the class festival gets restructured so three other students share the load she'd quietly been carrying alone. Renji starts walking her home some nights so she isn't doing the late shift in silence. It isn't rescue. It's company.
Closing image, mirrored from the opening: Dawn again. Sora's hands, flour-dusted, opening the shutters — except this time Renji is on the step outside with two coffees, waiting to help her carry the bread trays in. On the windowsill behind her, a whole small flock of paper cranes has collected over the weeks, wings overlapping, holding each other up.
Final panel, no dialogue: Sora folds a crane of her own for the first time — badly, lopsided, one wing longer than the other — and leaves it on someone else's desk before the bell rings.
Closing theme line (final text panel): "You don't have to fold your storm into something small enough to carry by yourself."

# THE HIDDEN COST OF GIVING

## Creative biological sequence: “Follow the Iron”

### VISUAL CONCEPT

Do **not** portray iron simply as tiny grey particles.

Instead, visualise iron as a **precious resource moving through a living transportation network**.

Think of the bloodstream as a vast futuristic city.

* **Red blood cells** = fleets of delivery vehicles
* **Haemoglobin** = the oxygen-carrying machinery inside each vehicle
* **Iron** = the essential component being delivered to build and maintain that machinery
* **Transferrin** = secure transport vehicles carrying iron through the blood
* **Ferritin** = intracellular storage vaults
* **Bone marrow** = the red-cell factory
* **Repeated blood donation** = repeated removal of completed red-cell “fleets”
* **Iron depletion** = the storage vaults progressively being emptied to keep production going

The visual story should show that the body is **constantly balancing iron supply, storage and demand**.

---

# SIDE 1 — INSIDE THE BODY

## PANEL 1 — “Everything Looks Normal”

### Outside the body

Sam is sitting comfortably in a blood donation chair.

A collection bag is filling beside her.

She looks completely healthy.

**SAM:**

> “I feel fine.”

Small narrator box:

> “But feeling well does not tell us how much iron is stored inside the body.”

### Visual transition

Zoom dramatically through Sam's skin.

The camera moves:

**donor → vein → red blood cells → microscopic world**

The normal-sized blood donation scene gradually transforms into a spectacular microscopic landscape.

---

# PANEL 2 — “ENTER THE BLOODSTREAM”

### Full-width cinematic panel

We are now inside a blood vessel.

Thousands of red blood cells flow past like enormous red discs.

The vessel resembles a **busy futuristic highway**.

Some cells are travelling individually; others are moving in streams.

Among them are tiny glowing iron particles being transported by specialised carriers.

Label:

**IRON**

Narrator:

> “Iron is an essential mineral used throughout the body.”

Do not make the iron look magical. It should look like a **precious biological resource**.

---

# PANEL 3 — “IRON HAS A JOB”

### Split visual

On the left:

A transferrin molecule carries iron through the bloodstream.

Represent transferrin as a **secure transport vehicle with two docking spaces**.

One iron particle is locked into the vehicle.

Label:

**TRANSFERRIN**

Arrow:

**IRON → TRANSPORT**

On the right:

The transport vehicle approaches the bone marrow.

The bone marrow appears as a huge biological factory.

Inside are developing red blood cells.

Narrator:

> “Iron is transported in the blood and delivered to tissues that need it.”

---

# PANEL 4 — “THE RED-CELL FACTORY”

### Dramatic manga illustration

Inside the bone marrow:

Show an enormous **red-cell production factory**.

Developing red blood cells move along a production line.

Workers/molecular machinery are assembling haemoglobin inside the cells.

Iron arrives through the transferrin transport system.

A molecule of iron is transferred into a developing red blood cell.

### Creative metaphor

Show haemoglobin being constructed like a **four-part mechanical oxygen carrier**.

Iron is inserted into the centre of the haemoglobin structure.

A tiny label:

**IRON**

Then:

**HAEMOGLOBIN**

Then:

**OXYGEN**

The visual should communicate:

> iron is not the oxygen itself — it is an essential component of haemoglobin that allows red blood cells to carry oxygen.

---

# PANEL 5 — “THE OXYGEN JOURNEY”

Now show a mature red blood cell leaving the bone marrow.

It travels through a blood vessel.

At the lungs, the red cell collects oxygen.

Visually:

**LUNGS**

↓

oxygen molecules attach to haemoglobin

↓

**RED BLOOD CELL**

↓

travels through the circulation

↓

**MUSCLE / BRAIN / ORGANS**

↓

oxygen is delivered.

Narrator:

> “Haemoglobin inside red blood cells carries oxygen from the lungs to tissues throughout the body.”

### Creative visual

Make the red blood cell resemble a **red cargo ship**.

The haemoglobin molecules are its oxygen-loading machinery.

Iron is visibly embedded within that machinery.

This creates a memorable chain:

**IRON → HAEMOGLOBIN → OXYGEN TRANSPORT**

---

# PANEL 6 — “BUT THE BODY DOESN'T USE ALL ITS IRON AT ONCE”

Shift the scene.

The bloodstream becomes quieter.

Show iron being moved into cells.

Inside one cell is an enormous **secure storage vault**.

The vault is labelled:

### FERRITIN

Inside are many stored iron particles.

Some are neatly stored away.

Narrator:

> “Iron can also be stored inside cells, including in ferritin.”

### Visual metaphor

Ferritin should look like a **biological storage warehouse**, not a literal bank.

Iron is stored safely inside.

A small sign:

**IRON RESERVE**

---

# PANEL 7 — “THE IRON ECONOMY”

This should be one of the most visually interesting panels.

Create a **three-part interconnected system**:

### 1. STORAGE

Ferritin vault

**IRON RESERVE**

↓

### 2. TRANSPORT

Transferrin vehicles

**IRON IN TRANSIT**

↓

### 3. PRODUCTION

Bone marrow

**RED-CELL PRODUCTION**

↓

Red blood cells

**HAEMOGLOBIN**

↓

Oxygen delivery

### Narrator:

> “The body continuously moves iron between storage, transport and red-cell production.”

The arrows should create a **continuous circular system**.

This establishes that iron is not simply “in the blood.”

It is part of a constantly managed biological economy.

---

# PANEL 8 — “NOW REMOVE BLOOD”

Return to the donation.

Show Sam's blood entering the collection bag.

But instead of staying outside the body, follow the red blood cells **inside the bag**.

Then zoom back into Sam's microscopic bloodstream.

The number of red blood cells circulating in the body has decreased.

Narrator:

> “Whole-blood donation removes red blood cells — and therefore removes iron contained within those cells.”

### Important visual

Do NOT show iron suddenly disappearing.

Instead show:

**RED BLOOD CELLS LEAVE**

↓

**IRON LEAVES WITH THEM**

↓

**THE BODY MUST REPLACE THE RED CELLS**

This is the beginning of the iron story.

---

# PANEL 9 — “THE FACTORY GETS BUSY”

The bone marrow factory becomes much busier.

Alarm lights activate.

More developing red cells move down the production line.

A factory worker looks at an order:

### “REPLACE LOST RED CELLS”

Iron transport vehicles begin arriving faster.

Iron moves from storage toward production.

The ferritin storage vault begins releasing iron.

### Visual metaphor

The vault doors open.

Iron leaves the storage facility.

Narrator:

> “After blood loss, the body must produce new red blood cells.”

The next caption:

> “That production requires iron.”

---

# PANEL 10 — “THE RESERVE BUFFER”

Show three stages as a manga progression.

### STAGE 1 — WELL STOCKED

Large ferritin vault.

Lots of stored iron.

Label:

**IRON RESERVE**

### STAGE 2 — REPEATED DEMAND

The vault releases more iron.

Bone marrow factory remains active.

### STAGE 3 — LOWER RESERVE

The vault is visibly less full.

The factory is still operating.

Important:

**THE PERSON CAN STILL LOOK COMPLETELY WELL.**

Narrator:

> “Iron stores can become reduced before a donor necessarily develops anaemia.”

This is the conceptual heart of your comic.

---

# PANEL 11 — “THE TWO GAUGES”

This could be a very powerful scientific illustration.

Show Sam's body as having **two separate gauges**.

### GAUGE 1

**HAEMOGLOBIN**

🟢

“Can red cells currently carry oxygen effectively?”

### GAUGE 2

**IRON STORES / FERRITIN**

🟠

“How much stored iron remains?”

The first gauge is still within the acceptable range.

The second is falling.

Sam says:

> “But I passed my haemoglobin check.”

Researcher:

> “Yes. That tells us something important — but it doesn't tell us everything about your iron stores.”

### Narrator

> “Haemoglobin and iron stores are related, but they are not the same measure.”

This should be illustrated very clearly.

---

# PANEL 12 — “THE HIDDEN RESERVE”

Create a beautiful cross-section of Sam.

Outside:

Sam is smiling.

Speech bubble:

> “I feel completely normal.”

Inside:

Show:

**bloodstream**

→ red blood cells

→ bone marrow factory

→ ferritin storage vault

The storage vault is now noticeably reduced.

### Caption

> “The visible donor may look well while the internal iron reserve is changing.”

This is where the comic shifts from **biology → research question**.

---

# PANEL 13 — “ONE DONATION”

Show one calendar page.

### DONATION #1

Iron reserve:

██████████

The ferritin vault remains comfortably stocked.

---

# PANEL 14 — “REPEATED DONATION”

Now turn the calendar into a dramatic manga montage.

### DONATION #1

### DONATION #2

### DONATION #3

### DONATION #4

### DONATION #5

With every donation:

Red-cell fleet leaves.

↓

Bone marrow factory activates.

↓

Iron is recruited.

↓

Storage vault gradually decreases.

Do NOT make it look like every donor necessarily follows exactly this trajectory.

Instead add:

> “The effect of repeated donation varies between people.”

---

# PANEL 15 — “DONATION INTENSITY”

Now introduce your dissertation's exposure variable.

Show several fictional donors.

### DONOR A

1 donation

Small calendar.

### DONOR B

3 donations

Medium calendar.

### DONOR C

5 donations

Calendar packed with donation dates.

The visual language becomes:

**DONATION INTENSITY**

Then show their internal iron reserves.

Do not state that the most frequent donor definitely has iron deficiency.

Instead show:

> “Could repeated donation be associated with greater risk of iron depletion?”

---

# PANEL 16 — “THE QUESTION”

Everything freezes.

All the microscopic imagery collapses into one central research question.

Huge manga-style lettering:

## HOW DOES DONATION INTENSITY RELATE TO IRON DEPLETION?

Then underneath:

## AND DOES THAT RELATIONSHIP VARY BETWEEN ETHNIC GROUPS?

The iron storage vault appears behind the question.

---

# SIDE 2 — FROM BIOLOGY TO EPIDEMIOLOGY

## PANEL 17 — “ONE DONOR IS NOT ENOUGH”

Return to Sam.

Then multiply her into hundreds and eventually thousands of donors.

The single donor becomes a population.

Narrator:

> “One donor can show us a story. A population can help us investigate patterns.”

The camera zooms outward.

---

# PANEL 18 — “THE POPULATION”

Show a large crowd of whole-blood donors.

Each person has slightly different characteristics:

* age
* sex
* donation history
* haemoglobin
* ferritin
* ethnicity

Above them:

### “ADULT WHOLE-BLOOD DONORS”

Then show the researchers selecting donors with the relevant data.

---

# PANEL 19 — “FOLLOW THE DONATION HISTORY”

Create a detective-board style illustration.

Each donor has a timeline.

Example:

**DONATION**

→

**DONATION**

→

**DONATION**

→

**DONATION**

The researcher overlays a ruler:

### “DONATIONS IN PREVIOUS 2 YEARS”

This becomes the visual representation of your exposure variable.

Label:

## DONATION INTENSITY

---

# PANEL 20 — “FOLLOW THE IRON”

The camera moves from the donation timeline to laboratory data.

Show:

### FERRITIN

as the window into the iron storage vault.

Beside it:

### HAEMOGLOBIN

as a separate measurement.

Narrator:

> “The study examined markers of iron status alongside donation history.”

Do not depict ferritin as literally being the iron itself.

Instead show:

**FERRITIN → WINDOW / MARKER OF STORED IRON**

---

# PANEL 21 — “THE STATISTICAL DETECTIVE”

This should be a fun manga panel.

The researcher becomes a detective.

A huge evidence board shows:

### DONATION INTENSITY

↓

?

↓

### IRON DEPLETION

But around the central question are other factors:

**AGE**

**SEX**

**BASELINE Hb**

**DONATION TYPE**

The detective connects them with strings.

Caption:

> “Other characteristics may also be related to iron status.”

Then:

## MULTIVARIABLE REGRESSION

The detective asks:

> “What remains after accounting for these factors?”

---

# PANEL 22 — “DOES THE PATTERN LOOK THE SAME?”

Show several groups of donors.

The same donation-intensity staircase appears above each group.

### LOW

### MODERATE

### HIGH

But underneath each group, the iron-storage vaults are displayed.

The researcher compares the patterns.

Huge question:

## DOES RISK LOOK THE SAME FOR EVERYONE?

---

# PANEL 23 — “THE INTERACTION”

This should be visually sophisticated rather than just displaying mathematical notation.

Show:

**DONATION INTENSITY**

as one road.

**ETHNICITY**

as different branches of the road.

They intersect at a large junction.

At the junction:

## INTERACTION

Then the roads lead toward:

### IRON DEPLETION

Small caption:

> “The analysis examined whether the relationship between donation intensity and iron depletion differed across ethnic groups.”

---

# PANEL 24 — “THE DATA HAVE A VOICE TOO”

Now deliberately interrupt the beautiful diversity illustration.

Zoom out.

Show the population dataset as a huge grid of donor silhouettes.

Most of the silhouettes belong to one group.

Other groups are represented by much smaller numbers.

A researcher looks concerned.

Speech bubble:

> “We need to be careful about what this dataset can tell us.”

---

# PANEL 25 — “LIMITATION”

Turn the limitation into a physical metaphor.

The researcher is trying to see across a landscape using binoculars.

The centre of the view is clear.

But the edges are blurred.

Caption:

> “The dataset was overwhelmingly White.”

Then:

> “This limits the strength and precision with which differences between ethnic groups can be interpreted.”

Do not portray this as a failure.

Instead portray it as **scientific honesty**.

---

# PANEL 26 — “WHAT THE STUDY CAN TELL US”

Create a large evidence board.

### WE CAN INVESTIGATE

✓ donation intensity

✓ iron status

✓ ferritin

✓ haemoglobin

✓ donor characteristics

✓ patterns across the population

✓ whether associations differ by ethnicity

Then a second box:

### WE MUST INTERPRET CAREFULLY

⚠ under-represented ethnic groups

⚠ uncertainty

⚠ observational associations

⚠ generalisability

---

# PANEL 27 — “BACK TO SAM”

Return to Sam sitting in the donation chair.

She looks thoughtful rather than worried.

Speech bubble:

> “So being able to donate today isn't the whole story?”

The researcher replies:

> “Exactly.”

Behind them, faintly visible, is the microscopic iron world from Side 1.

---

# PANEL 28 — THE FINAL IMAGE

Create a dramatic final composition.

Sam is in the foreground.

Behind her is a translucent illustration of:

**red blood cells**

↓

**haemoglobin**

↓

**oxygen**

↓

**iron**

↓

**ferritin storage**

↓

**bone marrow**

↓

**repeated donation**

↓

**population research**

The entire biological pathway forms a circular visual around her.

At the centre:

# SAFER DONATION

# ISN'T JUST ABOUT TODAY.

Subheading:

> “Understanding donation intensity, iron depletion and variation between donor groups may help inform better approaches to donor protection.”

Then:

### FROM ONE DONOR

### TO A POPULATION

### FROM BLOOD

### TO IRON

### FROM DATA

### TO DONOR SAFETY

Footer:

**MSc Applied Transfusion and Transplantation Science**
**University of the West of England (UWE)**

**Research theme:**
*A population-based epidemiological investigation of donation intensity, iron depletion, and risk heterogeneity across ethnic groups.*

---

# VISUAL STYLE FOR THE AI GENERATOR

Use a sophisticated **medical manga / graphic medicine / scientific illustration** aesthetic.

The comic should look like a cross between:

* high-quality medical illustration
* seinen manga
* graphic medicine
* scientific infographic
* cinematic storytelling

### MICROSCOPIC WORLD

Make the internal biology visually spectacular.

Blood vessels should resemble enormous living highways.

Red blood cells should look like giant red discs moving through flowing plasma.

Transferrin should appear as sophisticated biological transport carriers.

Ferritin should be represented as intracellular storage structures.

Bone marrow should resemble a gigantic biological manufacturing environment.

Haemoglobin should be shown as molecular machinery within red blood cells.

Iron should have a consistent visual identity throughout the comic.

### IMPORTANT

The iron visual metaphor must remain consistent.

Whenever the reader sees the same small metallic/glowing biological particles, they should immediately understand:

**THIS IS IRON.**

But the artwork should still make clear that this is a visual metaphor, not a literal depiction of iron as glowing objects.

---

# THE MOST IMPORTANT VISUAL STORY

The reader should understand this sequence without needing to read a textbook:

### 1.

Iron is an essential resource.

↓

### 2.

Iron is transported through the body.

↓

### 3.

Iron is incorporated into haemoglobin.

↓

### 4.

Haemoglobin enables red blood cells to carry oxygen.

↓

### 5.

Some iron is stored inside cells.

↓

### 6.

Whole-blood donation removes red blood cells and therefore iron.

↓

### 7.

The body must replace those red cells.

↓

### 8.

That replacement requires iron.

↓

### 9.

Repeated donation can create repeated demand for iron.

↓

### 10.

Iron stores may become depleted before obvious anaemia develops.

↓

### 11.

Therefore donation intensity and iron status are important to investigate.

↓

### 12.

The research asks whether this relationship varies across donor groups.

---

# CREATIVE RULE

Do not make the comic say:

> “DONATING BLOOD CAUSES IRON DEFICIENCY.”

Instead, make the **visual narrative ask the scientific question**:

> “What happens to the body's iron economy when blood is donated repeatedly?”

That question should pull the reader from the human story into the biology and finally into your epidemiological research.

This follows the comic-research-abstract principle described by Charise: the comic should not simply reproduce a conventional abstract; it should use sequential and visual storytelling to illuminate the research problem and its significance.

The result should feel like **a scientific investigation unfolding inside one person's body and then expanding into an entire donor population**.

Nik Thomas and a small team of scientists are researching a gigantic glacier in a remote frozen region. They use scientific scanners, cameras and research equipment while examining the ice. Show the enormous glacier and the harsh frozen environment.

PANEL 2:
During the investigation, Nik notices something strange beneath the ice. The scientists clear away snow and ice and discover the upper part of an enormous ancient door buried deep beneath the glacier. Everyone is surprised.

PANEL 3:
The scientists continue removing the ice and reveal more of the ancient door. The enormous door is covered with mysterious ancient symbols and intricate carvings. Nik carefully examines the strange markings.

PANEL 4:
The entire enormous ancient doorway is finally uncovered. Nik and the scientists stand in front of it, amazed by its enormous size. The door looks extremely old and mysterious. Nobody knows who built it or why it is buried beneath the glacier.

PANEL 5:
Suddenly, the enormous ancient door begins to OPEN BY ITSELF. Nobody touches it. Nik and the scientists react with shock and fear. Snow and ice fall from the ancient structure as a strange mysterious light appears behind the opening.

PANEL 6:
The ancient door is now completely open. Behind it is a gigantic dark passage leading deep beneath the glacier. Nik stands at the front of the group, staring into the darkness. The scientists are frightened and confused. End the page with a powerful science-fiction mystery cliffhanger.

THE LAST READER

PAGE 1 — THE WORLD THAT KNOWS

Page purpose: Establish the Archive, the importance of Stories, and the unnatural normality of this world without explaining the entire system.

Panel count: 6

---

PANEL 1 — WIDE ESTABLISHING SHOT

Full-width horizontal panel.

The upper portion of the page.

An enormous section of the Central Archive.

Rows upon rows of perfectly aligned bookshelves disappear into the distance.

The architecture is clean, symmetrical, and almost impossibly precise.

Tiny human figures can be seen walking between the shelves.

Noah is not identifiable here.

CAPTION:

«Every human life is a finished story.»

No dialogue.

No sound effect.

---

PANEL 2 — THE SCALE

Large vertical panel.

The camera moves deeper into the Archive.

A single archivist walks past the camera carrying a stack of books.

The person is tiny compared with the shelves surrounding them.

Every book is identical in size and design.

Each spine carries a person's name.

We can make out several ordinary names, but none should be important yet.

The archivist doesn't look impressed.

This is routine work.

No dialogue.

---

PANEL 3 — THE READER

Medium panel.

A woman stands at a shelf.

She removes a Story.

She opens it.

Her expression is completely ordinary.

She reads a page.

Nothing dramatic happens.

Another person walks past behind her carrying several Stories.

The important visual idea:

People treat entire human lives like ordinary books.

No dialogue.

---

PANEL 4 — THE ARCHIVIST

Medium horizontal panel.

An archivist places a Story carefully onto a shelf.

Close enough to see the standardized book spine.

The name on it:

ELIAS VENN

The archivist checks the shelf number.

Places the book exactly where it belongs.

No hesitation.

No emotion.

SFX:

«THK»

A quiet sound as the book settles into place.

---

PANEL 5 — INFINITE STORIES

Large wide panel.

Pull the camera extremely far back.

The people become almost invisible.

The shelves now dominate the entire image.

Thousands of Stories.

Then tens of thousands.

Then what appears to be an endless sea of books disappearing into darkness.

The geometry is almost unnervingly perfect.

CAPTION:

«We stopped asking who wrote them three hundred years ago.»

No dialogue.

---

PANEL 6 — THE HUMAN FIGURE

Small final panel at the bottom of the page.

A tiny person stands alone between two enormous shelves.

Their back is toward us.

They hold a Story in both hands.

We cannot identify them.

The surrounding shelves disappear into darkness above them.

There is a huge amount of white/negative space around the figure.

No dialogue.

No caption.

No sound effect.

The reader should sit with the image for a moment.

---

PAGE COMPOSITION

Panels 1–5 should progressively move from:

WORLD → PEOPLE → BOOK → SCALE → INFINITY

Panel 6 then brings the focus back to:

ONE HUMAN.

That contrast establishes the central idea visually:

«Every person is only one Story among millions.»

And we still haven't told the reader what a Story actually contains.

A young foreign student named Jeremy Benites arrives in Japan to begin a new life. Jeremy is 1.78 meters tall, with dark wavy hair styled in a modern mohawk haircut and light brown eyes. He has a youthful, athletic appearance and a calm, observant personality. He wears a Japanese high-school uniform and carries a backpack.

Chapter 1: A New Beginning.

Morning in Japan. Jeremy walks alone through a Japanese city on his way to his new school. He looks around curiously at the streets, buildings, bicycles and other students. He is unfamiliar with his new surroundings but remains calm and thoughtful.

Jeremy arrives at his new high school. He pauses outside the school entrance, takes a deep breath and enters.

Inside the classroom, the teacher introduces Jeremy to the other students. Jeremy stands in front of the class and politely introduces himself.

Jeremy: "My name is Jeremy Benites. I hope we can get along."

Jeremy sits beside a window. During class, he looks outside and notices the school's soccer field. Several students are training.

Jeremy becomes interested immediately.

Jeremy: "Soccer..."

During the break, Jeremy hears students talking about the school soccer team. Curious, he goes outside to watch the training.

At the soccer field, Jeremy watches the players practice passing, dribbling and ball control. He quietly analyzes their movements.

A soccer ball suddenly rolls out of the field and stops at Jeremy's feet.

A player calls out:

Player: "Hey! Can you pass the ball back?"

Jeremy smiles and makes a precise pass directly to the player.

The player is impressed.

Player: "Good pass. Do you play soccer?"

Jeremy: "Yes."

Player: "What position?"

Jeremy: "Usually midfield."

The player introduces himself as Daichi and invites Jeremy to try out for the team.

Daichi: "You should try out with us."

Jeremy looks toward the soccer field and thinks for a moment.

Jeremy: "Maybe. I just arrived, so I still need to get used to the school."

The school bell rings. Jeremy says goodbye to Daichi and returns toward the building.

Before entering, Jeremy looks back at the soccer field.

Jeremy smiles.

Jeremy: "Maybe coming here wasn't such a bad idea."

Final wide shot of the school and soccer field in the afternoon sunlight.

Narration: "Jeremy did not know it yet, but this small moment would be the beginning of a completely new chapter in his life."

Primer Arco — Escena 1: Las huellas

No sobrenatural.

Solo demasiado profundo.

Avanzó unos minutos siguiendo la referencia aproximada de las fotografías.

Entonces las vio.

Huellas.

Se agachó.

No eran antiguas.

Buatkan sebuah komik manga Jepang bergenre romance, drama, dan school life.

Judul sementara: Cinta di Aoyama High School

Latar cerita berada di Aoyama High School (青山高校), sebuah sekolah SMA di Jepang. Gunakan suasana khas Jepang, seperti ruang kelas Jepang, lorong sekolah, rooftop, taman sekolah, festival budaya, kereta, dan jalanan Jepang saat sore hari. Jangan gunakan budaya atau latar Indonesia.

Tokoh utama:

- Reno — siswa SMA laki-laki dan tokoh utama. Ia pendiam, baik hati, terkadang canggung, tetapi sangat peduli kepada orang-orang yang dekat dengannya.
- Yuki — siswi SMA yang disukai Reno. Ia cantik, ramah, cerdas, dan memiliki sisi misterius. Banyak siswa mengenalnya, tetapi tidak semua orang benar-benar mengetahui perasaannya.

Alur cerita:

Make it very romantic and soft.
Create the opening scene of a realistic Japanese Shounen manga drama.

Scene 1 — "Grandfather's Hammer"

The story takes place in modern-day Tokyo, Japan, inside an old traditional Japanese blacksmith workshop attached to a small wooden house.

The main character is Ryu, a 29-year-old Japanese man. He is tall and lean, with a slender athletic build, short slightly messy black hair, dark brown eyes, and a calm, thoughtful expression. He is wearing simple dark indigo Japanese work clothes and a worn brown leather blacksmith apron. His hands show subtle signs of years of metalworking.

Ryu is standing alone in front of a heavy, old iron anvil inside the workshop.

He is forging a piece of glowing red-hot iron with a traditional blacksmith hammer.

Panel 1:
Wide establishing shot of the old Japanese workshop. Dark wooden walls, low ceiling, traditional blacksmith tools, old forge, charcoal, heavy iron anvil. Ryu is working alone in the center of the workshop. Warm orange light from the forge contrasts with the dark surroundings.

Panel 2:
Medium shot of Ryu raising the old hammer above the anvil. His face is calm and focused. Sweat and subtle traces of charcoal are visible on his skin. The atmosphere is quiet and intimate.

Panel 3:
Close-up of the hammer striking the glowing metal on the anvil. A small burst of bright sparks flies from the metal. Show highly detailed iron, sparks, charcoal and realistic blacksmithing textures.

Panel 4:
Ryu has stopped working and is holding the old hammer in his hand. He looks toward an old framed photograph hanging on the wooden wall. The photograph shows his deceased grandfather, an elderly Japanese man with white hair and a deeply wrinkled face.

Ryu has a subtle emotional smile as he looks at the photograph.

The final panel should feel nostalgic and mysterious, suggesting that the old hammer belonged to his grandfather.

Visual style:
Realistic seinen manga, cinematic Japanese drama, detailed black and white manga artwork with controlled grayscale shading, realistic anatomy, expressive but subtle facial expressions, strong chiaroscuro lighting, detailed backgrounds, realistic metal textures, cinematic composition, professional manga paneling, emotional atmosphere.

Do not make it comedic.
Do not use fantasy elements.
Do not use samurai armor.
Do not make Ryu muscular.
Do not make Ryu look like a teenager.
Do not use anime-style exaggerated eyes.
Do not add unnecessary characters.
No text outside the manga dialogue/captions.

Later that night, they sit together on a wooden bridge over a large, peaceful pond beneath a beautiful star-filled sky. They sit close together and talk for hours about God, faith, and God’s love, sharing their thoughts and dreams with each other. The atmosphere is peaceful and deeply connected.

Finally, they walk home together underneath the stars, each holding an ice cream. They are still talking and laughing. He jokingly complains that her ice cream always tastes better and she says I know the best and he says it’s not fair

The overall feeling should be that these simple, ordinary moments are becoming precious memories of their life together. Very romantic, soft, warm, wholesome, intimate, playful, and nostalgic. Beautiful manga artwork, expressive faces and body language, cinematic composition, detailed environments, soft lighting, and strong visual storytelling. Make the characters’ appearances consistent in every moment
The girl: cute Latina with warm olive-tan skin, beautiful sparkly almond-shaped dark-brown eyes, long eyelashes, and very long, thick, wavy-curly black hair with bangs across her forehead. She has a petite, elegant hourglass figure with a small waist and feminine curves. Good size boobs and waist but very classy and elegant. She is not very tall. Her face is slightly long-shaped but soft and cute. She wears a pretty pink dress with a modest neckline and full chest coverage, elegant and feminine.

The boy: very tanned skin, short dark hair with slightly spiky/curly hair at the front, warm dark-brown eyes that are more open in shape, a beautiful smile, and a muscular build. Specially big biceps but not super extra. He is not tall and is only slightly taller than her. His face is kind, warm, and gentle. He wears a simple black shirt with jeans.

The story flows naturally from one moment into the next: First, they are at a colorful arcade playing Tekken together. They are both holding controllers the old school machines not controllers and completely focused on the game. She is laughing because he almost never wins, while he is intensely concentrating and determined to finally beat her. She torts at him “ahah I won again!” And he replies “just wait!”

Primer Arco — Escena 1: Las huellas

No sobrenatural.

Solo demasiado profundo.

Avanzó unos minutos siguiendo la referencia aproximada de las fotografías.

Entonces las vio.

Huellas.

Se agachó.

No eran antiguas.

PANEL 1 — FULL WIDTH ESTABLISHING PANEL (Top of page)
Scene: A grand but modest royal bedchamber. Stone walls with faded tapestry. Heavy velvet curtains half-drawn, pale morning light cutting diagonally across the room. An enormous canopy bed dominates the left side — its pillows and blankets disheveled from three days of coma sleep. The room feels still, slightly cold, abandoned.
Rieto sits upright in the center of the bed — a tiny silver-haired five-year-old figure swallowed by the massive mattress. His white sleeping robe is rumpled. His silver-gray hair is messy and tangled. His blue-gray eyes are half-open, hazy, staring at nothing.
Mood: Disorientation. The silence of someone waking into a life they half-remember.
Screentone: Heavy gradient shadow on ceiling and left wall. Fine dot tone across bedding. Sharp diagonal light beam from curtain gap hitting the floor.
Caption box top left:

"I think I had a weird dream. A gray world. A company. A computer."
Caption box below:

"But that was me. And this... is also me."

PANEL 2 — MEDIUM PANEL (Left side, second row)
Scene: Rieto's hands held up in front of his face — tiny, pale, five-year-old hands. He opens and closes them slowly, studying them with quiet intensity. His expression is calm but deeply focused — a philosopher in a child's body.
Mood: The uncanny moment of realizing you inhabit a different form. Quiet and unsettling.
Screentone: Fine cross-hatch tone on the bed sheets behind his hands. Sharp ink on finger lines and knuckles. Light radiating softly from the window catches his fingertips.
Inner monologue bubble:

"Small hands. This body. Five years old."
Second inner monologue bubble below:

"...The line between dream-me and real-me is still blurry."

PANEL 3 — WIDE HORIZONTAL PANEL (Right side, second row)
Scene: Rieto climbs down from the oversized bed — his small feet dangling over the edge before dropping to the stone floor with a soft thud. The bed towers behind him, making him look even smaller. He lands in a shaft of morning light. His robe pools slightly at his feet, too long for his frame.
Mood: First steps. Literally and metaphorically. Slightly comedic in scale contrast.
Screentone: Strong shadow cast by the bed frame over the floor. Fine dot tone on sleeping robe fabric folds. Speed line suggestion around his landing feet.
No dialogue. Let the visual breathe.

PANEL 4 — DRAMATIC VERTICAL PANEL (Full height, right third of page)
Scene: Rieto stands directly in front of a tall ornate standing mirror — gold-framed, slightly tarnished, reflecting the dim room behind him. He stares at his own reflection with wide, serious blue-gray eyes.
Visual focus: Two Rietos — the real boy on the left side of panel, and his reflection on the right — creating a visual metaphor for two lives, two selves, two memories existing in one small body. The reflection is slightly brighter, sharper.
His silver-gray hair catches the light. His face is soft, pretty, delicate — long lashes, small nose, slightly droopy eyes. He looks like a porcelain doll examining itself.
Mood: Identity confrontation. Quiet wonder mixed with mild existential confusion.
Screentone: Deep gradient shadow fills the room behind him. Fine screentone on mirror frame details. Strong white highlight lines on his hair.
Inner monologue bubble (beside reflection):

"Gray hair. Blue-gray eyes. Long lashes."
Inner monologue bubble below:

"...I'm quite the pretty toddler."
Small beat panel insert bottom right corner — tiny Rieto expression close-up, one eyebrow slightly raised, mouth curving into the faintest satisfied smile.
Caption box bottom:

"The dream-me was probably nothing special. But this me... has potential."

PAGE 1 — WHAT IS ELECTRIC CURRENT?
Panel 1

Scene: Class 10 science classroom. Mr. Rao draws a circuit on the board.

Arjun: Sir, what exactly is electric current?

Mr. Rao: Electric current is the rate of flow of electric charge through a conductor.

Panel 2

Electrons move through a wire.

Meera: In a metal wire, electric current is caused by moving electrons.

Spark: Tiny charges on the move!

Panel 3

Mr. Rao writes:

I = Q/t

Mr. Rao: Current is charge flowing per unit time.

Panel 4

Arjun: What is its SI unit?

Meera: The SI unit is the ampere (A).

Mr. Rao: One ampere means one coulomb of charge flows in one second.

Panel 5

A battery, switch and bulb are shown.

Arjun: Does current flow through an open circuit?

Mr. Rao: No. The circuit must have a complete conducting path.

Panel 6

The switch closes and the bulb lights.

Spark: Complete circuit = current can flow!

Arjun: So electricity needs a path to travel.

PAGE 2 — POTENTIAL DIFFERENCE AND CIRCUITS
Panel 1

Mr. Rao holds up a battery.

Mr. Rao: But what makes charges move through a circuit?

Arjun: The battery?

Panel 2

Mr. Rao: More precisely, the battery provides a potential difference, or voltage.

Meera: It acts like a push that drives charge through the circuit.

Panel 3

Mr. Rao writes:

V = W/Q

Mr. Rao: Potential difference is the work done to move a unit charge between two points.

Panel 4

Arjun: What's the SI unit?

Mr. Rao: Volt (V).

Spark: One volt = one joule per coulomb!

Panel 5

A voltmeter is connected across a bulb.

Meera: A voltmeter measures potential difference.

Mr. Rao: Therefore, it is connected in parallel.

Panel 6

An ammeter is shown in series.

Mr. Rao: An ammeter measures current and is connected in series.

Spark: Ammeter → series! Voltmeter → parallel!

PAGE 3 — RESISTANCE
Panel 1

Arjun tries to push through a narrow doorway.

Arjun: Why is this so difficult?

Meera: Imagine electric charges facing something similar. That's resistance.

Panel 2

Mr. Rao: Resistance is the property of a conductor that opposes the flow of electric current.

Panel 3

Mr. Rao writes:

R = V/I

Arjun: So resistance depends on voltage and current?

Mr. Rao: For a conductor under appropriate constant conditions, yes.

Panel 4

Mr. Rao: The SI unit of resistance is the ohm (Ω).

Spark: Higher resistance → less current for the same voltage!

Panel 5

Three wires appear: long, short, thin and thick.

Meera: Resistance increases with the length of a wire.

Mr. Rao: And resistance decreases when its cross-sectional area increases.

Panel 6

Different materials appear.

Mr. Rao: Resistance also depends on the material and temperature.

Arjun: So the wire itself matters!

PAGE 4 — OHM'S LAW
Panel 1

Mr. Rao sets up a battery, resistor, ammeter and voltmeter.

Mr. Rao: Let's investigate Ohm's Law.

Panel 2

Mr. Rao changes the voltage.

Arjun: The current changes too!

Meera: Let's record the readings.

Panel 3

Mr. Rao writes:

V ∝ I

Mr. Rao: At constant temperature, potential difference is directly proportional to current.

Panel 4

He writes:

V = IR

Spark: The famous Ohm's Law!

Panel 5

A straight-line V-I graph through the origin appears.

Meera: The V-I graph is a straight line through the origin for an ohmic conductor under constant physical conditions.

Panel 6

Arjun: If V = 12 V and R = 4 Ω, then...

Meera: I = V/R = 3 A.

Spark: Electricity math complete!

PAGE 5 — RESISTIVITY
Panel 1

Meera holds a copper wire and a nichrome wire.

Arjun: Why don't all materials have the same resistance?

Mr. Rao: Because materials have different resistivities.

Panel 2

Mr. Rao writes:

R = ρL/A

Mr. Rao: Here, ρ represents resistivity.

Panel 3

Meera: L is the length and A is the cross-sectional area.

Mr. Rao: Correct.

Panel 4

A long wire and short wire are compared.

Mr. Rao: Increasing length increases resistance.

Arjun: Increasing area decreases resistance.

Panel 5

Copper wires are shown in a house.

Mr. Rao: Copper has low resistivity, so it is useful for electrical wiring.

Panel 6

A nichrome heating element glows.

Mr. Rao: Nichrome has relatively high resistivity and a high melting point, making it useful in heating elements.

Spark: Material matters!

PAGE 6 — SERIES AND PARALLEL
Panel 1

Three resistors are connected one after another.

Mr. Rao: This is a series combination.

Panel 2

Mr. Rao writes:

Rs = R₁ + R₂ + R₃

Meera: The same current flows through each resistor in series.

Panel 3

One bulb breaks and all the bulbs go out.

Arjun: So one break can stop the whole circuit!

Mr. Rao: Exactly.

Panel 4

Three resistors are now connected in parallel.

Mr. Rao: In a parallel combination, the potential difference across each branch is the same.

Panel 5

Mr. Rao writes:

1/Rp = 1/R₁ + 1/R₂ + 1/R₃

Meera: The current divides among the different branches.

Panel 6

A house with a fan, TV and light is shown.

Mr. Rao: Domestic appliances are connected mainly in parallel.

Arjun: So each appliance can work independently!

PAGE 7 — HEATING EFFECT OF ELECTRIC CURRENT
Panel 1

An electric heater glows red.

Arjun: Why does the heater become hot?

Mr. Rao: Electrical energy is converted into heat when current passes through resistance.

Panel 2

Mr. Rao writes:

H = I²Rt

Mr. Rao: This is the Joule's law of heating.

Panel 3

Meera: Heat depends on current, resistance and time.

Spark: And current has a squared effect!

Panel 4

Pictures of an iron, toaster, kettle and heater.

Mr. Rao: This effect is useful in electric heaters, irons, toasters and kettles.

Panel 5

A fuse wire melts.

Arjun: What's the purpose of a fuse?

Mr. Rao: If excessive current flows, the fuse wire heats up and melts, breaking the circuit.

Panel 6

Spark wears a superhero cape.

Spark: Fuse = circuit protector!

Mr. Rao: Never replace electrical safety devices with unsafe substitutes.

PAGE 8 — ELECTRIC POWER AND ENERGY
Panel 1

A fan, bulb and heater operate at different rates.

Arjun: How do we measure how quickly an appliance uses electrical energy?

Mr. Rao: We use electric power.

Panel 2

Mr. Rao writes:

P = VI

Mr. Rao: Power is the rate of consumption of electrical energy.

Panel 3

More formulas appear:

P = I²R

P = V²/R

Meera: These forms come from Ohm's law.

Panel 4

A 100 W bulb and 1000 W heater are compared.

Arjun: The 1000 W heater uses energy faster.

Mr. Rao: Correct.

Panel 5

An electricity meter is shown.

Mr. Rao: Electrical energy used in homes is commonly measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh).

Meera: One kWh is called one unit of electrical energy.

Panel 6

Spark points dramatically at the equation:

1 kWh = 3.6 × 10⁶ J

Spark: Remember this for your exam!

PAGE 9 — DOMESTIC ELECTRIC CIRCUITS & FINAL REVISION
Panel 1

The students enter a house containing lights, fans and appliances.

Arjun: How does electricity safely reach all these appliances?

Mr. Rao: Through a domestic electric circuit.

Panel 2

A diagram shows Live, Neutral and Earth wires.

Mr. Rao: Domestic circuits use live, neutral and earth connections.

Meera: Appliances are connected in parallel.

Panel 3

A three-pin plug is shown.

Mr. Rao: The earth connection provides a safer path for leakage current and helps reduce the risk of electric shock when properly connected.

Spark: Safety first!

Panel 4

An MCB/fuse and switch are shown.

Mr. Rao: Fuses and circuit breakers protect circuits from excessive current and short circuits.

Arjun: So safety devices are essential!

Panel 5 — RAPID REVISION

All the key formulas appear around the characters:

I = Q/t

V = W/Q

V = IR

R = ρL/A

H = I²Rt

P = VI

1 kWh = 3.6 × 10⁶ J

Meera: Current, potential difference, resistance, resistivity, Ohm's law, heating, power and energy!

Panel 6 — FINAL SPLASH PAGE

All four characters stand dramatically with a glowing electric circuit behind them.

Arjun: I understand the Electricity chapter now!

Meera: Electricity isn't just about formulas. It's about understanding how charge moves and how electrical energy is transferred.

Mr. Rao: Learn the concepts, understand the equations, and practice the numericals.

Spark: ⚡ ELECTRICITY MASTERED! ⚡

THE END
