CHAPTER 1

THE BOY ON THE STAGE

Tripura University.

M.Sc. Geography & Disaster Management.

A freshers' celebration.

Music.

Laughter.

People everywhere.

And then...

He walked onto the stage.

A senior.

She didn't know him.

They had never spoken.

But she noticed him.

He danced.

And from somewhere in the audience, she watched him.

Quietly.

From far away.

She found him attractive.

There was something about him that caught her attention.

She didn't know what it was.

She couldn't have explained it.

She only knew that she liked looking at him.

But she never imagined that one day...

she would fall for this boy.

At that time, he was simply...

the boy on the stage.

---

CHAPTER 2

A YEAR OF ALMOST

Days passed.

Then months.

They remained in the same university.

Sometimes their paths crossed.

Once.

Twice.

Maybe once in a month.

A corridor.

A road.

A random moment on campus.

They would pass each other.

And nothing would happen.

No conversation.

No friendship.

No story.

Just two people crossing paths.

Again.

And again.

And again.

She noticed him.

But he didn't really know her.

For almost a year, he remained someone she admired from a distance.

Until his farewell came.

And suddenly...

everything changed.

---

CHAPTER 3

THE SECRET

One of her friends knew about her crush.

And one day, completely out of nowhere...

that secret reached one of his friends.

On his farewell night, his friend told him:

“One of the juniors likes you.”

And apparently...

he found that interesting.

The next day, he spoke to her classmates.

“You never told me that one of your classmates has a crush on me.”

And then...

her phone received a notification.

Facebook — Friend Request

From him.

The senior.

The boy from the stage.

The boy she had been noticing for almost a year.

She accepted.

And suddenly...

the person she had only watched from a distance...

was talking to her.

---

CHAPTER 4

I OBSERVED YOU

They started talking.

Then they talked some more.

And somehow, the conversations kept growing.

What had been silence for almost a year...

became conversations neither of them wanted to end.

And somewhere in those conversations, she said:

“I have observed you so many times.”

...

Silence.

Maybe that wasn't exactly the sentence she intended.

But it was too late.

She had said it.

😂

And somehow, that awkward sentence became one of the first little memories of them.

Then came...

the video call.

---

CHAPTER 5

THE VIDEO CALL

Her friends called her.

Video call.

She looked at the phone.

Something felt suspicious.

And she was wearing a face mask.

Absolutely not.

She rejected the call.

“Something is fishy.”

But they called again.

Eventually, she answered.

Meanwhile...

he had disappeared into the canteen kitchen.

And started chopping something.

Anything.

Just to avoid being directly in front of the camera.

Chop.

Chop.

Chop.

But his friends weren't going to let him escape.

Jimmy.

Sumrat.

Tania.

They turned the camera.

And suddenly...

there he was.

The boy from the stage.

This time, he wasn't dancing.

He was looking at her.

And for the first time...

they actually spoke face-to-face.

---

Then he asked her:

“Will you go out with me?”

She didn't hesitate.

She simply said:

“Yeah.”

“I'll be free day after tomorrow.”

And just like that...

their first meeting was planned.

---

CHAPTER 6

THE FIRST MEETING

The day came.

She got ready.

Really got ready.

She wanted to look good.

She brought confidence.

And a little nervousness.

She went to meet him.

And finally...

they were together.

Not through a screen.

Not from across a university campus.

Not through stories told by friends.

Together.

They went to the lake.

And sat there.

And talked.

And talked.

And talked.

The conversation just kept going.

There was always something else to say.

Something else to ask.

Something else to share.

They laughed.

They listened.

They stayed.

And somewhere beside that lake...

something began.

Something deeper than a crush.

---

CHAPTER 7

GO WITH THE FLOW

They met again.

And again.

And again.

They spent more time together.

Slowly...

an emotional connection began growing.

Her friends noticed.

“Tum zyada fast ho rahi ho.”

“Go with the flow.”

“Slowly jao.”

“Pata nahi door jaake kaisa rahega.”

Maybe they were right.

She didn't know what the future held either.

But deep down...

she didn't want to slow down.

She didn't know where this would go.

She just knew one thing:

She was happy.

She was becoming happier.

And she wanted to stay beside him.

So she thought...

“Jo hona hai hone do.”

---

CHAPTER 8

THE LITTLE THINGS

He came shopping with her.

He helped her fix her phone.

He came along.

He made time.

He put in effort.

And she didn't have to constantly ask.

He simply wanted to be there.

And those little things mattered.

Because love isn't always grand gestures.

Sometimes love is simply:

“I'll come with you.”

“I'll help you.”

“I'm here.”

He kept showing up.

---

But he was careful with her heart.

He didn't make promises he wasn't sure about.

He didn't give her dreams just because she wanted to hear them.

He took his time.

He wanted to know what he truly felt.

Until he was sure...

he wouldn't give her false assurance.

For him, certainty mattered.

For her...

waiting was difficult.

She already knew what she wanted.

She wanted him.

She wanted an answer.

And she desperately hoped that answer would be yes.

---

CHAPTER 9

BEFORE WE LEFT

His university days were coming to an end.

Soon...

he would leave.

Before that happened, they met.

They talked about the future.

About life.

About marriage.

He told her that marriage was never really something he wanted.

He didn't believe in all those worldly expectations.

He imagined another kind of life.

A quieter life.

Far away from everything.

Maybe somewhere near the ghats of Banaras.

He didn't want all those complications.

She listened.

And then...

she said something that surprised even herself.

“Kabhi tumhara mind change ho...”

“Kabhi tumhe shaadi ka mann ho...”

She looked at him.

“Toh mere paas aana.”

A pause.

“Ek baar mujhse pooch lena.”

And then:

“Main hoon.”

Another pause.

“Main tumhare liye wait karungi.”

She didn't know where that courage came from.

But she meant every word.

---

CHAPTER 10

TWO DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS

Then they left.

He went to Nagaland.

She went to Jaipur.

Two places.

Two journeys.

One feeling.

Distance suddenly became real.

And distance did something neither of them expected.

It made them crave each other.

More.

And more.

And more.

She already knew how much she wanted him.

But somewhere in Nagaland...

he began realizing something too.

Maybe you don't always understand someone's place in your life while they're standing right beside you.

Sometimes...

you understand it when they're far away.

---

CHAPTER 11

SHE'S THE ONE

He thought about her.

He missed her.

He remembered their time together.

The conversations.

The lake.

The little things.

Her presence.

And somewhere in all that distance...

something became clear.

She wasn't just someone he enjoyed being around.

She wasn't just a crush.

She wasn't just a person he was exploring a relationship with.

She was the person he wanted.

She was the one.

And for the first time...

he knew.

---

CHAPTER 12

I LOVE YOU

Eventually, they came back.

She returned from Jaipur.

He returned from Nagaland.

And she only wanted one thing.

To see him.

She wanted to meet him.

She wanted a long hug.

She had missed him too much.

She went to university looking for him.

But...

he wasn't there.

He was sleeping.

😂

She finished her class.

Then went to find him herself.

And finally...

they met.

The distance disappeared.

---

They spent their days together.

Talking.

Laughing.

Walking.

Eating.

Being close.

The days passed far too quickly.

And then...

it was almost time for him to leave again.

But somewhere during that distance...

he had found his answer.

And finally...

he said the words.

“I love you.”

For the first time.

He told her:

“I love you.”

And maybe those three words carried everything he had taken so long to understand.

She had already known what her heart wanted.

But hearing him say it...

was different.

Because sometimes...

your heart knows the answer long before the other person is ready to say it.

---

CHAPTER 13

I LOVE YOU MORE

Then came the moment neither of them wanted.

It was time for him to leave.

They were sitting at the airport.

Waiting for his flight.

Neither wanted the moment to come.

And while they waited...

she finally said what was inside her heart.

“I love you more.”

A simple sentence.

But it carried everything.

The waiting.

The uncertainty.

The longing.

The happiness.

The fear of losing time together.

And the certainty that she loved him.

She did.

Completely.

---

CHAPTER 14

LONG DISTANCE

And then...

they were apart again.

He was at home.

She was in Tripura.

She was continuing her studies.

He was living his life.

And yet...

they were together.

For more than a month.

Almost two months.

Long distance.

But somehow...

that period became one of the most beautiful phases of their relationship.

They craved each other.

Constantly.

The distance made every conversation feel more precious.

Every call.

Every message.

Every little moment.

They missed each other so intensely...

that even today, remembering that time gives her goosebumps.

---

CHAPTER 15

THE FIELD TRIP

Even when she was in Tripura University...

life continued.

There was a field trip.

She went.

But she couldn't give him the time she wanted to.

And something unexpected happened.

He cried.

He genuinely cried...

because he wanted her time.

Because he missed her.

Because he wanted to be close to her.

She had never expected that.

She had never imagined that someone could crave her presence that much.

---

CHAPTER 16

SEPTEMBER

Then September came.

He came back.

They met.

And finally...

they could be together again.

They spent almost a week together.

A week of being close.

A week of getting back what distance had taken away.

But then...

an emergency happened.

He had to go home earlier than expected.

And once again...

distance.

---

CHAPTER 17

NINE MONTHS

This time...

the distance lasted almost nine months.

Nine.

Long.

Months.

They missed each other.

They fought for time.

Sometimes they couldn't give each other enough of it.

Sometimes they fought because they simply wanted more.

Sometimes they cried.

He cried.

She cried.

They were two people who loved each other...

but couldn't always have the one thing they wanted most:

time together.

And during all of this...

he was fighting his own battles.

His family.

His mother's health.

Responsibilities.

Things she couldn't always fix for him.

Things he had to face himself.

So while they were fighting to stay connected...

he was also fighting another battle entirely.

And somehow...

they stayed.

---

CHAPTER 18

MEGHALAYA

Eventually...

her M.Sc. came to an end.

University was over.

And finally...

they planned something.

Their first trip.

Just the two of them.

Meghalaya.

---

The weather was cold.

The room was cozy.

The place was new.

Everything felt new.

They explored together.

They rode a scooter in the rain.

They got wet.

They ate their favourite food.

They laughed.

They wandered.

And sometimes...

they didn't want to go outside at all.

So they stayed in the room.

Cuddled.

Talked.

Held each other.

Loved each other.

---

For nine months...

there had been so much they couldn't have.

So many hugs.

So many conversations.

So many ordinary moments.

So much time.

And in Meghalaya...

they finally got some of it back.

They filled those days with love.

With closeness.

With everything they had been missing.

---

CHAPTER 19

THE GOODBYE

Then came the return.

And something about this goodbye was different.

She cried.

A lot.

Perhaps for the first time...

she was crying because she was going far away from someone she knew she couldn't imagine living without.

She realized something.

She didn't want him to face his difficult moments alone.

She didn't want to be far away if something happened.

She didn't want him to struggle...

without her being there.

And somewhere inside her...

a decision began forming.

---

CHAPTER 20

TRIPURA TO CHENNAI

Her next step was her career.

M.Tech.

Madras University.

She came to Chennai for her entrance examination.

She came with Sumrat.

And somehow...

he came too.

He was working as a school teacher at that time.

But he came.

He came to guide her.

To help her.

To meet her.

For her.

And luckily...

she got in.

So she went home.

Packed everything.

And made a huge decision.

She left Tripura.

She came to Chennai.

Not because it was easy.

Not because everything was certain.

But because she wanted to be a little closer to him.

At that time...

he was living in Hyderabad.

Nine hours away.

Still far.

But somehow...

closer than before.

---

CHAPTER 21

YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO THIS ALONE

She arrived in Chennai.

And almost immediately...

reality hit.

The struggle.

The adjustment.

A new place.

A new life.

A new course.

Everything at once.

She was struggling.

And he couldn't simply watch her struggle from far away.

He had his own career.

His own life.

His own responsibilities.

But still...

he came.

And then he made another enormous decision.

He left his job.

For her.

He came to Chennai.

And he joined a course so that he could study alongside her.

Not because life was suddenly easy.

Not because everything had been solved.

But because...

when she was struggling...

he didn't want to watch from a distance.

He wanted to be there.

---

CHAPTER 22

TRIPURA → CHENNAI

And that's how far the story has brought them.

From Tripura University...

to a stage at Freshers.

From a distant crush...

to a Facebook friend request.

From:

“I have observed you so many times.”

to:

“I love you.”

From a lake...

to an airport.

From Nagaland and Jaipur...

to months of long distance.

From nine months of missing each other...

to Meghalaya rain.

From saying:

“Main tumhare liye wait karungi.”

to actually choosing each other...

again and again.

From Tripura...

to Chennai.

And the story isn't perfect.

They've had beautiful days.

They've had difficult days.

They've gained things.

They've lost important things.

They've fought.

They've cried.

They've struggled.

They've had to figure things out.

But through all of it...

they are still here.

Together.

---

EPILOGUE

THIS ISN'T THE END

Maybe love isn't about having a perfect story.

Maybe it's about having someone beside you while the story is still being written.

Someone who stays through the good.

Someone who stays through the bad.

Someone who chooses you...

even when life isn't easy.

And after everything...

she still knows one thing.

She loves him.

She loved him when he was just a senior dancing on a stage.

She loved him when he was a distant crush.

She loved him when she was waiting for his answer.

She loved him when he was far away.

She loved him through nine months of distance.

She loved him in Meghalaya.

She loved him enough to cross from Tripura to Chennai.

And she still loves him now.

And perhaps the most beautiful part is...

she doesn't want this story to end.

Because this isn't a story with a final chapter.

It's a story that keeps moving.

Every year.

Every birthday.

Every journey.

Every difficult day.

Every beautiful day.

Every new place.

Every new memory.

Every version of them.

---

So, Babaji...

If someone asked me where our story ends...

I wouldn't know what to say.

Because I don't think it ends here.

I think this is just another chapter.

And tomorrow...

we'll write another one.

And the day after that...

another.

And every year...

we'll keep adding pages.

Because once upon a time...

a girl saw a boy dancing on a stage.

She didn't know him.

She didn't know his story.

She didn't know that he would become her person.

She only knew...

she couldn't stop looking at him.

And somehow...

after all the distance,

all the waiting,

all the tears,

all the journeys,

all the goodbyes,

all the reunions,

all the love...

she is still looking at him.

Only now...

he's looking back.

THE STORY CONTINUES...

❤️ EVER AFTER IS NOT THE END. IT'S THE NEXT CHAPTER.
This is a realistic, emotional slice-of-life romance manga based on a true story.

The story begins under a bridge. The boy is walking from the left side underneath the bridge when he notices a beautiful girl approaching from the right side of the road outside the bridge. She is casually walking while talking on her phone, wearing a baggy two-piece outfit. The boy looks at her and quietly thinks, “So beautiful.” She walks past him nonchalantly, unaware of the impression she has made on him.

Some time later, the boy unexpectedly sees the same girl walking inside his house. Shocked and confused, he asks his mother, “Is there a new girl who is going to live here on rent?” He slowly discovers that her name is Ridhima.

One day, he sees Ridhima crying on the stairs. He wants to approach her, ask why she is crying, and offer his shoulder, but he becomes hesitant because his family is nearby. His mother eventually notices her and helps her instead. Later, Ridhima decides to leave the house and live somewhere else. The boy repeatedly asks her to stay, saying, “Yaar, aap yahi pe ruk jao, kuch nahi hota,” but she still leaves.

Six months later, Ridhima returns. The boy asks his mother, “Kya Ridhima aa gayi hai?” He immediately goes to the first floor and sees her baggage outside the door. He realizes she has come back.

A few days later, the boy’s cat, Gudiya, injures her paw. He asks Ridhima to accompany him to the veterinarian, but she initially sends her friend instead. The next day he asks again, and this time she agrees to go with him on his scooty.

During their first ride together, they talk and slowly get to know each other. At the veterinarian clinic, Ridhima steps onto the weighing scale. When the boy asks her weight, she says, “49 kg.” He jokingly replies, “Moti ho.” On their ride back, she says, “Jisko jitni zarorat hoti hai woh utna hi use karta hai.” The moment feels small and ordinary, but the boy remembers it.

Two days later, he asks her again to go to the vet. She says her friend is ready to go instead. When he asks again, she says, “Mera 2 baje se college hai.” He replies, “Main 2 baje tak college chhod aaunga.” She asks, “Gudiya kaha hai?” He jokingly says, “Meri aur uski ladai hui hai.” She looks toward her friend and says, “Yaar dekha, kitne chalaak hai.” The boy asks her to come, and she finally says, “Main 3 baje free hongi, shaam ko chalte hain.”

Later that day, they go to the veterinarian together on the scooty again. During the ride, the boy asks her what she loves the most. She says she loves watching cricket. He asks, “Who is your favourite player? And don't say Virat.” She replies that her favourite is MS Dhoni.

At the vet clinic, Ridhima again steps onto the weighing scale. The boy watches her through the glass from inside the clinic and notices that her weight is now 56 kg. Their interaction has a playful, comfortable feeling.

On the ride home, the boy tells Ridhima about his dream of opening a sweet shop and a blacksmith shop someday. Instead of dismissing the dream, she surprisingly asks, “Why not now?” Her question makes him feel that she genuinely supports his dream.

Before they reach home, he asks her one final, deeper question: “Why Dhoni?” She explains that she likes Dhoni because of the way he handles pressure and remains calm and cool-minded.

The boy reflects on this. He also loves Dhoni, but for a completely different reason. Dhoni was the first cricketer he remembers watching as a child, and after learning about Dhoni’s story, he became a huge fan. He realizes that although they both admire the same person, they see him in completely different ways.

The manga should feel natural, realistic, emotional, and slow-burn rather than overly dramatic. Focus on subtle expressions, awkward moments, small conversations, meaningful glances, realistic environments, and the gradual development of a connection between two ordinary people. Use cinematic manga panels, expressive character faces, realistic backgrounds, and Hindi dialogue where appropriate.
THE GIRL I NEVER TOLD
Chapter 1 — A True Love Story
A manga-style retelling of Ragul's school memories, his silent feelings, and the unexpected
reunion that happened years later.
The Beginning
It all began when I was studying in the 11th standard.
There was a girl in my class whom I had known since the 9th standard. She had always
been someone familiar to me, but I had never thought of her in a romantic way.
She was also close to one of my female childhood friends, and she often sat near my
childhood friend in class.
But somewhere during my 11th-standard days, something inside me began to change.
I started developing feelings for her.
I never told her. I never confessed. I simply kept those feelings quietly inside my heart.
The Proposals
During that time, she started receiving proposals from boys from other departments and
even from some boys in our own class.
Every time I heard that someone had proposed to her, I would silently pray:
A Secret Prayer
“Please... don't accept anyone's proposal.”
I didn't have the courage to tell her how I felt. So instead, I kept loving her silently.
The Days Before Everything Changed
Then, in the middle of 11th standard, something unexpected happened.
COVID-19 began.
School suddenly stopped. Everything changed.
And I realized something I had never understood before.
I missed her. A lot.
Studying Together During COVID
During the lockdown, my female childhood friend and I used to study together at her
house. Since I didn't have a mobile phone and she didn't have a laptop, we shared our
devices to complete homework, prepare for class tests, and continue our studies.
My childhood friend would often call the girl. They would talk for a long time.
I would sit nearby, quietly listening to their conversations.
I didn't say much. I was just happy to hear her voice.
The First Conversation
Then, one day, something happened that I had never expected.
My female childhood friend suddenly handed her mobile phone to me.
The Moment I Froze
“Talk to her.”
That one sentence was enough to make me freeze.
My heart started beating faster.
I had barely spoken to any girl during my school days. Other than my female childhood
friend, I wasn't comfortable talking to girls at all.
And now... I was suddenly holding the phone.
She was on the other side.
My hands felt different. My heartbeat became louder. It was a feeling I had never
experienced before.
She asked me:
“What are you doing?”
I somehow managed to answer her.
“Nothing... just studying.”
That was basically our conversation. A few simple questions. A few simple answers.
Then I immediately gave the phone back to my childhood friend.
It was such a small conversation. But for me... I would remember it for a very long time.
Two Years Without Her
Eventually, COVID passed.
We finished school.
We joined different colleges.
And just like that... our paths separated.
For nearly two years, I didn't see her. I didn't talk to her. I didn't even know what was
happening in her life.
But somewhere inside me, those feelings had never completely disappeared.
The Unexpected Opportunity
Then one day, something unexpected happened.
My college professor announced an opportunity to participate in an Abroad Expo program
being held at another college.
And when I heard the name of the college... I realized it was her college.
My heart immediately started racing.
Without thinking twice, I gathered my friends and gave our names to the professor.
He arranged the necessary OD permission for us.
We were going.
To her college.
The Search
When we arrived at the college, I couldn't stop thinking about one thing.
“Will I see her?”
My friends and I were walking around the campus when suddenly... I saw a bus.
And then she appeared.
She was getting onto the bus with one of her friends.
My heart jumped.
After nearly two years... there she was.
I immediately started following her, trying to get closer.
I tried to call her.
I tried to reach her.
But there were so many people around us.
The crowd moved between us.
And then... she disappeared.
Just like that.
Gone.
Finding Her Number
I searched everywhere I could.
Then I remembered our old school group.
I found her phone number there.
My hands trembled slightly as I dialed her number.
No answer.
I tried again.
Still nothing.
After the first-half break, I decided to call one more time.
This time... she answered.
The Call
“Hello?”
My heart started racing again.
I gathered all my courage.
“Hi... I'm Ragul. We were classmates.”
She recognized me.
Then she asked:
“How are you?”
We talked for a moment.
Then, finally, I asked the question I had been waiting years to ask.
“Can we meet?”
But she told me that she was participating in a Women's Day competition that day.
“I'll meet you later, after lunch.”
So I waited.
The Balcony
After lunch, my friends started getting ready to leave.
But I still hadn't seen her.
I became frustrated. I argued with my friends because I didn't want to leave without seeing
her.
Finally, I decided to make one last call.
I called her.
She answered.
I asked again:
“Can we meet?”
She explained that the judges were coming to select the winner of the competition, so she
couldn't leave immediately.
Then she said:
“I'll come to the third-floor balcony. You can see me from there.”
I agreed.
I waited on the ground floor.
Then... I looked up.
And there she was.
Standing on the third-floor balcony.
After almost two years... I finally saw her again.
I stood there on the ground floor, looking up at her.
She stood on the balcony above me.
Neither of us knew what this moment would become.
But for me... it felt like the beginning of something I had been waiting for without even
knowing it.
TO BE CONTINUED...
### The Whisper-Leaf

In a medieval world, there was a city called Greybridge.

In Greybridge lived a nineteen-year-old boy named Bran.

Bran studied the stars and the old arts of magic at the Old College. He was quiet by nature, more comfortable with books than people, and strangely good at forgetting the things that hurt him.

One autumn morning, Bran received a piece of enchanted paper known as a whisper-leaf.

Whatever was written upon it could be seen by the person who possessed its twin, no matter how many miles lay between them.

Bran gave the other half to a girl named Ella.

Ella worked at the House of Healing, where she was training to become a healer. Her greatest trial was only weeks away: the Ember Trials, the examination every apprentice feared.

She was terrified.

Bran tried to make it easier.

They began writing to each other every night.

*Good morning.*

*Good night.*

*Did you eat?*

*Did you sleep?*

*Why are you still awake?*

Sometimes they talked for hours.

Their candles burned down to stubs while the rest of Greybridge slept. They wrote about lessons, dreams, foolish jokes, worries that seemed important at midnight and ridiculous by morning.

Ella was clever and sharp, but she was tired. Whenever she wrote to Bran, however, she seemed lighter.

Then, one night, she wrote something different.

*I miss him.*

Bran knew who she meant.

Sir Aldric.

Ella had loved the knight for two years. He had gone to war and returned a different man—quiet, distant, and unwilling to speak of what he had seen. Now he lived in a monastery, having taken a vow of silence.

Bran stared at the words for a long time before answering.

*I know.*

A moment later:

*I'm sorry.*

*Don't be sorry,* Bran wrote. *Just be honest with me.*

There was a long pause.

*I don't want to hurt you.*

*Then don't lie to me.*

Another silence.

Finally:

*You are too good for me.*

Bran smiled sadly.

*That's not true.*

*It is.*

*Ella.*

*What?*

*I'm not going anywhere.*

---

The Ember Trials arrived.

Ella was convinced she would fail.

*I will fail,* she wrote one night.

*You won't.*

*You don't know that.*

*I know you.*

She smiled at the words.

Then she studied.

And she passed.

But passing the trials did not make Sir Aldric disappear from her thoughts.

---

A few days later, Bran and Ella met at the Fountain of Three Saints.

Bran arrived early.

He had spent far too long choosing his shirt, and his best one still smelled faintly of lavender.

Ella arrived late.

Her hair was pinned neatly behind her head, though a few strands had escaped. There were green stains from healing herbs along her sleeves.

They walked through the market together.

They shared a honey cake.

They talked about small things.

Ella laughed at Bran's terrible jokes.

For a while, everything felt easy.

Then Bran noticed her looking toward the knight's tower on the hill.

"He is back," she said.

Bran said nothing.

"Sir Aldric," Ella continued. "He came back from the war. He took a vow of silence. He lives at the monastery now."

"I'm sorry," Bran said quietly.

Ella looked down at her hands.

"I don't know what I feel. I thought I hated him. I thought I was over him. But when I saw him..."

She swallowed.

"I couldn't breathe."

Bran took a slow breath.

"Do you want to go back to him?"

"He won't speak to me," she said. "He won't speak to anyone."

"That isn't an answer."

Ella stopped walking.

For a moment, the sounds of the market seemed very far away.

"I don't know what I want," she said. "That's the truth."

Bran waited.

"I'm still stuck in the past. I don't want to start something with you while part of me is still there."

He nodded.

"I understand."

"Do you?"

"Yes."

She looked at him, almost frustrated.

"Then why are you still here?"

Bran looked at her.

"Because I love you."

Ella closed her eyes.

"Bran..."

"I'm not asking you to love me back," he said. "I'm not asking you to forget him. I'm only telling you the truth."

She was quiet.

"The truth is heavy."

"I know."

They stood beside the fountain.

Water flowed softly over the stone, and somewhere behind them, the bells of Greybridge began to ring.

Ella reached for his hand.

Her fingers were cold.

"I don't want to lose you," she whispered.

"You won't."

"I might."

"Then I'll wait."

"You shouldn't."

"I know."

---

Weeks passed.

Ella studied.

Bran studied.

They still wrote to each other every night, but something had changed.

The jokes became gentler.

The silences grew longer.

Ella called him *friend*.

Bran called her *my heart*.

She sent him songs.

He sent her questions.

She told him about her day.

He told her about his dreams.

Neither of them spoke much about the thing that stood between them.

Until one night, Ella finally wrote:

*I don't know what I feel.*

Bran waited.

Then another message appeared.

*You are good. You are kind. You are patient.*

A pause.

*But I'm not ready.*

Bran looked at the words for a long time.

Then he answered:

*I know.*

*What if you get hurt?*

*Then I'll heal.*

*You're an idiot.*

He smiled.

*I know.*

That night, they fell asleep with the far-seer mirror open between them.

Bran watched her breathe.

Her face was peaceful in sleep.

His heart raced.

He wanted to reach through the glass and hold her. He wanted to protect her from every knight, every memory, every fear that had ever made her cry.

But he couldn't.

All he could do was wait.

In the morning, he sent her a message.

*You looked so beautiful while sleeping. My heart was racing the whole time.*

When Ella woke, she read the message and smiled.

Then she wrote:

*Let's see.*

---

The Ember Trials came and went.

Ella passed.

She received her guild ring and cried when it was placed upon her finger.

Bran sent a raven carrying a single rose.

Her reply came that evening.

*Thank you.*

*For what?* Bran asked.

*For being you.*

He stared at the words.

*That's not an answer.*

A moment later:

*I know.*

---

Winter came to Greybridge.

The river froze beneath a thin sheet of silver ice. Frost covered the rooftops, and the bells rang through the cold air for Advent.

One morning, Bran stood upon the city walls at dawn.

He looked toward the House of Healing.

He knew Ella was somewhere inside.

He knew she still thought about Sir Aldric.

He knew she was not ready.

But he also knew something else.

Not every love arrives at the right time.

Some loves ask for patience.

Some ask for courage.

And some ask us to love someone without knowing whether they will ever choose us in return.

Bran pulled his cloak tighter around himself and turned toward the Old College.

The whisper-leaf in his pocket grew warm.

He felt the magic stir.

For a moment, he considered reading the message.

Then he smiled faintly.

Not yet.

He slipped the whisper-leaf back into his pocket and walked toward the college as the sun rose over Greybridge.

He would wait.

For now.

But not forever.
# Chapter 2 — The Friendship That Changed Everything

After leaving her college that day, I thought that moment might be the last time I would ever see her.

I didn't know that life had other plans.

### One Year Later

About a year passed.

One day, during my third year of college, I had a holiday on a Sunday.

Back home, the motor for our farm's well had stopped working.

My elder cousin and I decided to take the motor to a relative's workshop to get it repaired.

We loaded the motor into a car and started driving.

I didn't know exactly where the workshop was.

I was simply going along with my cousin.

Then, suddenly...

I saw her again.

After almost a year.

I couldn't believe it.

It was her.

I recognized the place and realized that her house was nearby.

I looked toward her home.

She was outside in the garden.

For a moment, everything around me seemed to slow down.

I didn't know what to do.

I quietly took a photo of her house.

Not because I wanted to disturb her.

I just wanted to keep that moment.

At that time, the only connection I had with her was Instagram.

Until then, I had only wished her on her birthday.

Nothing more.

But that day, I finally gathered enough courage to send her a message.

*"This is your home, right?"*

She replied.

*"Yes. How did you find it?"*

I explained the story.

I told her about the farm motor, my cousin, the workshop, and how I had unexpectedly ended up near her house.

That small conversation slowly became a longer conversation.

We started talking again.

Then she told me that she had been placed in a company in another district.

After that, our conversation ended.

And once again...

Life moved on.

---

### Watching From A Distance

Another year passed.

I didn't talk to her regularly.

Sometimes, I would see her Instagram posts or stories.

Whenever I saw her, I would feel happy.

I didn't need anything more.

Just seeing that she was doing well was enough.

Then something changed in my life.

I got placed as a **Machine Learning Engineer**.

My career had finally started moving forward.

One day, I called my childhood friend and asked about her.

*"What is she doing now?"*

My friend told me that she had lost her job and was currently at home.

Around that same time, something unexpected happened at my company.

My director and the QA team manager were looking for someone who could work well with their QA team under the QA director.

They asked me:

*"Do you know anyone who would be suitable for this role?"*

Immediately, I thought of her.

I suggested her name.

Eventually...

She joined the same company.

And suddenly, life gave me another chance to see her.

---

### The Feelings I Never Spoke About

But even then...

I didn't confess.

I kept my feelings hidden.

People might wonder why.

Why did I keep loving her but never tell her?

The answer was simple.

I knew she didn't have romantic feelings for me.

I also knew what kind of person she was.

She was a good person.

She respected her parents.

She listened to their decisions.

And there was something else that affected me deeply.

Her father and uncle trusted me.

They believed that I was someone who could look after her if she was in the city.

That trust meant something to me.

I couldn't betray it.

I couldn't take advantage of their trust to express feelings that I already knew she didn't share.

So I made a decision.

I buried my feelings even deeper.

And I became her friend.

---

### Just Friends

We started talking every day on the phone.

Not as lovers.

Not as two people secretly dating.

Just as friends.

We talked about ordinary things.

Work.

Life.

Random conversations.

Our days.

Sometimes, we travelled together by bus between the city and the village.

More than **160 kilometres**.

Those journeys became some of the most memorable moments of my life.

We sat together.

We talked.

We laughed.

And sometimes, there was simply silence.

To anyone else, it might have looked like an ordinary friendship.

But inside me...

I was carrying something much bigger.

I still loved her.

I just never said it.

---

### Eight Months Later

About eight months passed.

Then one day, she told me something that I had secretly feared.

Her family had started planning her marriage.

They had already decided on a man for her.

She told me that she respected her parents' decision.

And she was ready to get married.

When I heard those words...

I didn't know what to say.

I had spent so long hiding my feelings that even when I finally knew I was losing her, I still couldn't tell her.

I simply listened.

And accepted it.

---

### Everything Changed At Once

Around the same period, I was laid off from my company.

Suddenly, I had to think about my own future.

I started looking for another job.

At the same time, I began working with my partner in the US to build our own AI company.

We worked on a project together.

I also started freelancing.

But I knew I needed more experience.

So I continued searching for another company where I could learn and grow.

My own life was changing.

Her life was changing too.

And somehow...

We were moving in different directions.

---

### Her Wedding Invitation

Then she invited me to her wedding.

That invitation was one of the hardest things I had ever received.

I wanted to be there.

But I had an interview in Chennai.

So on the day of her wedding...

I boarded a train to Chennai.

The train started moving.

And somewhere during that journey...

she was getting married.

I was travelling toward my future.

She was beginning hers.

And I never told her.

Not once.

---

### The Word "Friend"

Looking back now, I realize something.

The word **friend** had followed me through every part of this story.

My feelings began quietly because of friendship.

I protected our friendship instead of confessing my love.

I stayed beside her as a friend.

I travelled with her as a friend.

I watched her life change as a friend.

And finally...

I watched her get married.

Still as her friend.

I don't regret respecting her.

I don't regret respecting her family.

But somewhere deep inside me...

I still regret one thing.

I never told her how much I loved her.

Maybe things would have remained exactly the same.

Maybe she would have said no.

Maybe she would have accepted me.

I will never know.

Because I chose silence.

And from that day onward...

the word **"friendship"** never meant the same thing to me again.

# Between First Love and True Connection

### Episode 1-6: The Confession

Third year of college had just begun.

Shan was known as a good-hearted guy who loved gaming. Unfortunately, he was also known for losing his temper during matches. His friends often saw him arguing with teammates and getting frustrated over small things.

For years, Shan had hidden his feelings for Zara.

One evening, after gathering all his courage, he finally confessed.

"Zara... I love you. I know I'm not perfect, but you mean everything to me."

Zara stood silently.

"Shan... you're important to me. But I don't have those feelings for you."

The words pierced his heart.

She continued softly.

"I see you getting angry often. I see how gaming affects your mood. I don't think we're compatible."

Shan desperately asked for a chance.

"What if I change?"

Zara shook her head.

"People don't change easily. I need time to think."

Those words became the tiny thread of hope Shan held onto.

---

### Episode 7-12: Waiting

Weeks became months.

Shan started improving himself.

He spent less time gaming.

He focused on studies.

He controlled his temper.

He became more patient.

But every night he wondered the same thing.

*"Is Zara thinking about me?"*

Whenever his thoughts became too heavy, he texted Jen.

Jen was Zara's best friend and also Shan's friend.

Unlike Zara, Jen always listened.

Whenever Shan felt broken, Jen encouraged him.

"Keep moving forward."

"Focus on yourself."

"You've already improved so much."

For six months, Jen became the person who carried Shan through his darkest moments.

But she never crossed any boundaries.

Because Jen was already in a relationship with The-A, who was also one of Shan's closest friends.

---

### Episode 13: The Night Everything Changed

One night Shan felt especially hopeless.

He texted Jen.

"Do you think Zara will ever like me?"

There was a long pause.

Then Jen finally replied.

"Shan... I don't think Zara is right for you."

Those words shocked him.

"What do you mean?"

Jen sighed.

"She asked for time."

"But honestly? I don't see her thinking about your feelings."

"I see her enjoying her life exactly the same way."

"As your friend, I think you're holding onto false hope."

Shan felt tears forming.

For months he had believed that Zara was seriously considering his feelings.

Jen continued.

"And honestly, your expectations and Zara's expectations are completely different."

"I don't think you two fit together."

For the first time, Shan started wondering if everything he had done was for a future that would never happen.

---

### Episode 14: The Misunderstanding

Shan was a practical thinker.

Whenever someone explained something, he tried to understand it using examples.

Without thinking, he asked:

"Then are your expectations and The-A's expectations the same?"

The moment the message was sent, everything changed.

Jen became quiet.

A few minutes later she replied.

"So I'm trying to support you, and you're comparing my relationship?"

Shan froze.

That wasn't what he meant.

He wasn't questioning her relationship.

He was simply trying to understand her point through an example.

But the damage was already done.

Jen replied again.

"Maybe I should just act like everyone else."

The conversation ended.

That night Shan couldn't sleep.

Instead of helping the person who always helped him, he had hurt her.

So he made a decision.

Maybe it was better if he created some distance.

Maybe Jen would be happier without dealing with his problems.

---

### Episode 15: The Promise

Days passed.

The conversations became shorter.

Then one afternoon Jen suddenly messaged him.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Sure."

"I had a friend before."

"He slowly started ignoring me."

"I kept wondering if one day you'd do the same."

The message stunned Shan.

For the first time, he realized Jen had fears too.

She wasn't just the person helping him.

She was someone who could be hurt.

Without hesitation he replied.

"No matter what happens, I'll always be here for you as a friend."

For several seconds there was no response.

Then Jen simply replied:

"Thank you."

It was a small conversation.

But for Shan, it became one of the most important moments of his life.

---

### Episode 16: The Question

Months later.

One evening Jen finally asked the question she had been holding inside.

"Shan..."

"Do you only talk to me because of Zara?"

The words hit him harder than Zara's rejection.

Because for the first time, he looked back at everything.

The late-night conversations.

The encouragement.

The support.

The moments when she listened to him cry.

The moments when she stayed awake just to make sure he was okay.

And suddenly he realized something terrifying.

He had never once considered how she felt.

He always thought about his own pain.

His own heartbreak.

His own loneliness.

But Jen had been carrying part of that burden too.

And now she believed she was nothing more than a connection to Zara.

The thought broke his heart.

"No."

His fingers trembled.

"No, Jen."

"Maybe that's why I started talking to you."

"But that's not why I stayed."

"You became important to me."

"You listened when nobody else did."

"You saw the side of me that nobody sees."

"I don't know what my feelings are anymore."

"But I know losing you would hurt more than you realize."

For the first time, Jen was speechless.

---

### Final Episodes: Understanding Love

Eventually Zara gave her final answer.

Her feelings had not changed.

She wished Shan happiness.

This time Shan accepted it peacefully.

Not because it hurt less.

But because he had finally learned something important.

Love isn't proving yourself to someone.

Love isn't waiting endlessly for someone to choose you.

Love isn't changing your entire existence for another person.

Real love is being accepted while you're still growing.

Months later Shan stood on the college rooftop.

The sunset painted the sky orange.

Jen joined him.

Neither of them spoke for a while.

Then Shan smiled.

"You know... if you hadn't been there, I don't know where I'd be."

Jen smiled back.

"You would've figured it out eventually."

"Maybe."

"But I'm glad I didn't have to."

For the first time in a long time, Shan felt peaceful.

His first love had taught him heartbreak.

But an unexpected friendship had taught him something even more valuable.

Sometimes the person who saves your heart isn't the person you fall for first.

It's the person who quietly stays beside you when everyone else walks away.

And in that moment, Shan finally understood what genuine connection truly meant.

The future between Shan and Jen remained uncertain.

But for the first time, Shan wasn't afraid of uncertainty.

Because whatever happened next, it would be built on understanding, trust, and truth.

And that was worth more than any dream he had been chasing before.

Create a Japanese high-school supernatural harem manga about a 16-year-old boy who discovers that he possesses powerful psychic abilities. He initially struggles to control his powers, which include telekinesis, extrasensory perception, and the ability to sense people's emotions.

Set the story in a modern Japanese high school where supernatural phenomena are secretly occurring beneath ordinary student life. As the protagonist becomes involved with a mysterious group connected to psychic abilities, several classmates and other characters become closely involved in his life, each with distinct personalities, motivations, and relationships with him.

Balance supernatural action, comedy, school-life drama, mystery, and romance. Give each major character their own goals and conflicts rather than making them exist solely as romantic interests. Build romantic tension gradually through misunderstandings, rivalries, emotional moments, and shared experiences.

The protagonist should have flaws and personal growth, learning that his psychic abilities come with serious responsibilities and consequences. Introduce an overarching mystery surrounding the origin of his powers and a dangerous supernatural threat that gradually becomes more important.

Use expressive manga-style storytelling, dynamic action panels, comedic reactions, dramatic close-ups, Japanese school settings, and strong character-driven dialogue. Keep the tone fun and adventurous while allowing serious emotional moments and supernatural suspense.

## Paneel 2 — Aankomst in Drachten

Sabaaki – 15-year-old male, Keal's younger brother, golden hair, green eyes. Hates Keal and often gives him cold looks.

Jeaok – Father of Keal, Yaaki, and Sabaaki. King of the kingdom and a legendary great wizard. Serious but caring father.

Hema – Mother of the royal family. Queen and legendary swordwoman. Wise and gentle.

Chapter 1

Page 1
Early morning in the royal castle. A maid runs through the corridor. She opens Keal's room door. Keal is sleeping in bed. The maid says, "Master Keal, wake up... or you'll scold me later!" Keal lazily replies, "Huh... who's there? Let me sleep..." The maid reminds him that he asked her to wake him every morning. Keal sits up and says, "Oh right..." The maid greets him. Keal replies, "Morning."

Page 2
Keal asks where his father is. The maid reveals that Jeaok is preparing training arrangements. Keal becomes shocked. Close-up reaction panel. Keal shouts, "Why didn't you tell me earlier, you silly maid?!" He quickly changes clothes and rushes downstairs.

Page 3
Royal dining hall scene. Jeaok invites Keal to join breakfast. Keal feels embarrassed because he is late. He sits with the family. Show the entire royal family together: Jeaok, Hema, Yaaki, Keal, and Sabaaki. Several greeting panels with natural family interaction.

Page 4
Sabaaki secretly gives Keal a cold hateful look. Hema notices the tension. Breakfast continues. Family members begin leaving. Keal stops Jeaok before he leaves. They begin discussing training.

Page 5
Jeaok confirms that Keal's training will finally begin. Keal becomes extremely excited. He runs upstairs. He stops outside Yaaki's room and knocks. Keal says, "Bro Yaaki, may I come in?" Yaaki answers from inside, "Yes, come in." Keal opens the door and enters Yaaki's room.

Art Style
Professional manga, black and white only, detailed backgrounds, royal fantasy kingdom setting, emotional facial expressions, consistent character appearance on every page, dynamic panel layouts, high-quality Japanese manga style, no color, no modern clothing, fantasy royal world atmosphere.
Create ONE complete Japanese manga page, portrait format, black and white, professional shonen manga style, detailed ink linework, screentone shading, clean panel borders and expressive character faces.

IMPORTANT: Generate a SINGLE FINISHED PAGE divided into SIX DISTINCT PANELS. Do not create a single illustration, a collage without panel borders, or six separate images. The six panels must tell one continuous short scene. Leave clear gutters between panels. Use readable manga composition and keep all characters visually consistent.

STORY:
A mysterious teenage boy attends a prestigious academy where students train to control supernatural abilities called Dons. He is quiet, observant, and hides his true abilities. He wears a simple dark academy uniform, has messy black hair, sharp eyes, and a serious expression. He should look like an original anime character, not an existing copyrighted character.

PANEL 1 — WIDE ESTABLISHING SHOT:
Show the academy courtyard during a calm afternoon. Students practice their supernatural abilities in the background. The architecture is elegant and imposing. The protagonist stands apart from the other students, watching silently.

PANEL 2 — MEDIUM SHOT:
Show two students talking in the background while the protagonist walks past them without joining the conversation. His body language suggests that he is uncomfortable with ordinary social interaction.

PANEL 3 — CLOSE-UP:
Show the protagonist's eyes looking toward the training grounds. His expression is controlled and difficult to read. Detailed black ink, subtle shadows, dramatic composition.

PANEL 4 — MEDIUM SHOT:
A training instructor demonstrates a basic supernatural technique to a group of students. The protagonist watches carefully and notices a small mistake in the instructor's movement, but says nothing.

PANEL 5 — CLOSE-UP:
Show the protagonist's hand tightening slightly at his side. He remembers a harsh training session from his childhood, suggested only through a small dark memory fragment in the background. Do not show graphic violence.

PANEL 6 — LARGE BOTTOM PANEL:
Show the protagonist alone beneath the academy's tall windows as the afternoon light falls across his face. Other students walk away in the distance. He looks toward the horizon with a distant, unreadable expression. The final image should create curiosity about his past.

ART DIRECTION:
Authentic black-and-white manga aesthetics, cinematic camera angles, strong contrast, carefully drawn faces, detailed backgrounds, varied panel sizes, clean white gutters, subtle screentones, serious mystery atmosphere, professional printed manga page.

TEXT AND DIALOGUE:
Do not generate random text, gibberish, watermarks, logos, or unnecessary speech bubbles. Leave space for dialogue to be added later. No color. No extra panels. One portrait manga page only.
Folding the Sky
A one-shot manga story
Theme: Real strength isn't carrying everything alone — it's letting someone else hold part of the weight.
Genre: Slice-of-life / coming-of-age (yomikiri, ~30 pages)
Setting: A small seaside town, present day
Characters
Sora Kishida (16) — Class representative, top of her grade, always smiling. What no one knows: her father hurt his back last spring, so every night after homework she runs the family bakery's ovens alone until 2 a.m. She has decided that if she never looks tired, no one will worry, and if no one worries, nothing is actually wrong.
Renji Abe (16) — Sits by the window, barely talks in class. Every morning he folds one paper crane and leaves it somewhere in the school — a locker, a windowsill, a library book — for a stranger to find. He calls it "making sure nobody's day has a total of zero good things in it." He never signs them.
Story
Opening image: Dawn. Sora's hands, dusted white with flour, folding the bakery's shutters open. Cut to the same hands twenty minutes later, folding a hair ribbon straight, plastering on a smile as she steps into a classroom full of "Good morning, Kishida-san!"
The first act shows her holding it all together in small, exhausting ways — falling asleep for three seconds during a test and catching herself, waving off a friend's "you look pale," counting coins from the register while she should be sleeping. She's built a whole architecture of fine.
Renji notices what everyone else doesn't: the same girl who used to finish her lunch now barely touches it. One morning she finds a paper crane tucked into her shoe locker. She almost throws it away — she doesn't have room in her day for one more thing to take care of — but something makes her keep it in her pocket instead.
The middle act is built on small, glancing scenes: Renji folding cranes in the back of the classroom while Sora watches without meaning to. A rainy afternoon where their umbrellas end up under the same awning and neither of them says much, which is its own kind of relief. Sora starts finding a crane every few days. She starts, without noticing, looking forward to them.
The break: Two weeks before the school festival, Sora is supposed to finalize the class's entire event plan — on top of a full night shift because her father's pain has flared up again. She hasn't slept properly in four days. In the middle of presenting the plan to the class, her voice just — stops working. Not dramatically. Quietly. She stands at the front of the room and cannot make the next sentence come out, and for the first time all year, everyone can see that something is wrong.
She runs. Not far — just to the stairwell landing, out of sight. She sits down hard and, for the first time in the whole story, she cries like she means it.
Renji finds her there. He doesn't ask what's wrong. He sits one step below her and, without a word, starts folding a crane out of a page torn from his notebook. She watches his hands work in silence for a while.
"Why do you do that," she finally asks. "The cranes."
"Because some days the good thing has to come from outside, or it doesn't come at all." He holds it out to her. "You don't have to make your own good thing happen every single day, Kishida. That's not a rule anyone made. You made that one up."
She tells him everything then — the bakery, her father, the ovens, the counting of coins at midnight. It comes out messy and out of order and she apologizes for it, out of old habit, and he says: "Don't fold this one up neat for me. Just say it."
Resolution: She doesn't quit the bakery and her father doesn't magically heal — the story doesn't hand her a fix. What changes is smaller and more durable: she tells her homeroom teacher the truth, and the class festival gets restructured so three other students share the load she'd quietly been carrying alone. Renji starts walking her home some nights so she isn't doing the late shift in silence. It isn't rescue. It's company.
Closing image, mirrored from the opening: Dawn again. Sora's hands, flour-dusted, opening the shutters — except this time Renji is on the step outside with two coffees, waiting to help her carry the bread trays in. On the windowsill behind her, a whole small flock of paper cranes has collected over the weeks, wings overlapping, holding each other up.
Final panel, no dialogue: Sora folds a crane of her own for the first time — badly, lopsided, one wing longer than the other — and leaves it on someone else's desk before the bell rings.
Closing theme line (final text panel): "You don't have to fold your storm into something small enough to carry by yourself."

Page 1 — The Night the Stars Fell.

Panel 1: A quiet village at night, with countless stars filling the sky.

Panel 2: Suddenly, dozens of stars begin falling across the sky.
Villagers leave their homes and look up in amazement.

Panel 3: The same 8-year-old boy stands alone, watching the sky.
His calm blue eyes reflect the falling stars.

Panel 4: A strange bright blue star falls close to the boy,
illuminating his face. He has no supernatural powers yet.

Atmosphere: mysterious, emotional, cinematic.
Black and white manga with dramatic lighting and detailed backgrounds.
Keep the boy's appearance identical in every panel.
THE LAST READER

PAGE 1 — THE WORLD THAT KNOWS

Page purpose: Establish the Archive, the importance of Stories, and the unnatural normality of this world without explaining the entire system.

Panel count: 6

---

PANEL 1 — WIDE ESTABLISHING SHOT

Full-width horizontal panel.

The upper portion of the page.

An enormous section of the Central Archive.

Rows upon rows of perfectly aligned bookshelves disappear into the distance.

The architecture is clean, symmetrical, and almost impossibly precise.

Tiny human figures can be seen walking between the shelves.

Noah is not identifiable here.

CAPTION:

«Every human life is a finished story.»

No dialogue.

No sound effect.

---

PANEL 2 — THE SCALE

Large vertical panel.

The camera moves deeper into the Archive.

A single archivist walks past the camera carrying a stack of books.

The person is tiny compared with the shelves surrounding them.

Every book is identical in size and design.

Each spine carries a person's name.

We can make out several ordinary names, but none should be important yet.

The archivist doesn't look impressed.

This is routine work.

No dialogue.

---

PANEL 3 — THE READER

Medium panel.

A woman stands at a shelf.

She removes a Story.

She opens it.

Her expression is completely ordinary.

She reads a page.

Nothing dramatic happens.

Another person walks past behind her carrying several Stories.

The important visual idea:

People treat entire human lives like ordinary books.

No dialogue.

---

PANEL 4 — THE ARCHIVIST

Medium horizontal panel.

An archivist places a Story carefully onto a shelf.

Close enough to see the standardized book spine.

The name on it:

ELIAS VENN

The archivist checks the shelf number.

Places the book exactly where it belongs.

No hesitation.

No emotion.

SFX:

«THK»

A quiet sound as the book settles into place.

---

PANEL 5 — INFINITE STORIES

Large wide panel.

Pull the camera extremely far back.

The people become almost invisible.

The shelves now dominate the entire image.

Thousands of Stories.

Then tens of thousands.

Then what appears to be an endless sea of books disappearing into darkness.

The geometry is almost unnervingly perfect.

CAPTION:

«We stopped asking who wrote them three hundred years ago.»

No dialogue.

---

PANEL 6 — THE HUMAN FIGURE

Small final panel at the bottom of the page.

A tiny person stands alone between two enormous shelves.

Their back is toward us.

They hold a Story in both hands.

We cannot identify them.

The surrounding shelves disappear into darkness above them.

There is a huge amount of white/negative space around the figure.

No dialogue.

No caption.

No sound effect.

The reader should sit with the image for a moment.

---

PAGE COMPOSITION

Panels 1–5 should progressively move from:

WORLD → PEOPLE → BOOK → SCALE → INFINITY

Panel 6 then brings the focus back to:

ONE HUMAN.

That contrast establishes the central idea visually:

«Every person is only one Story among millions.»

And we still haven't told the reader what a Story actually contains.

PAGE 1 ENDS.

Linus deve avere sempre quattro zampe canine, proporzioni realistiche e postura naturale.

STILE E REGOLE

Manga giapponese in bianco e nero, dettagli accurati del pelo, forti contrasti, ombre naturali e tratteggi artistici. Nessun colore. Nessuna scritta. Nessun elemento grafico sovrapposto. Nessuna suddivisione in pannelli.

# The Beginning

## Genre

School, Slice of Life, Romance, Comedy, Coming of Age

## Setting

A modern school in Nepal. The story begins when the main character joins a new school and continues through Grade 10.

## Main Character

A quiet student who doesn't talk to many people. He is somewhat shy and tends to overthink things, especially when it comes to the girl he likes.

## The Girl

A quiet and kind girl from his class. She is beautiful, doesn't talk to many people, and has an interest in drawing.

---

# Chapter 1 — A New School

I was a quiet student who only talked to a few people.

When I joined a new school, I expected to see nothing but unfamiliar faces. I thought I would have to spend the year making completely new friends.

But I was wrong.

Among the students was my old best friend, who had moved to Pokhara two years earlier. I also found a few of my old friends there.

So, instead of being completely alone, I already had people I knew.

The entire year passed normally.

Classes. Friends. School days.

Nothing particularly special happened.

Except for one girl.

She was quiet and rarely talked to many people. She was also beautiful.

At first, she was simply another beautiful girl in my class.

I didn't know that she would eventually become someone very important to me.

---

# Chapter 2 — The Artist and Satapdi Ghar

One day, a popular artist visited our school.

He announced that students who were interested in drawing could visit a place called Satapdi Ghar, a more than 100-year-old historic house.

The girl and her best friend decided to go.

I didn't.

I wasn't very good at drawing, so I didn't think I had any reason to go.

But later, I found out that she actually liked drawing.

For some reason, that made me want to know more about her.

I eventually decided to send her a friend request on Facebook.

Then I waited.

After a few days, she accepted it.

That small notification made me happy, even though I tried not to think too much about it.

Everything continued normally after that.

---

# Chapter 3 — Truth or Dare

My first terminal examination ended, and I went to my hometown for vacation.

One day, while playing a game with my friends, one of them suggested a new rule.

Anyone who lost would have to complete a dare.

Everyone agreed.

I lost the first match.

Luckily, the first dare was simple, so I completed it easily.

After a few more rounds, I lost again.

This time, my cousin looked at me and asked:

"Truth or dare?"

I chose truth.

He asked me if I liked someone.

My genuine answer was yes.

Then another person asked me:

"Truth or dare?"

This time, I became nervous.

I was afraid they might ask me who the girl was.

So I chose dare.

The dare was simple:

"Show us her picture."

She was already on my Facebook friends list.

I opened her profile, hid her name, and showed them her picture.

Everyone laughed and started teasing me.

At first, I didn't mind.

Almost everyone had a crush on someone anyway.

But my cousin didn't have one, and he started teasing me more than everyone else.

Then the other two joined him.

Soon, all three of them were teasing me.

And somehow, I made things worse.

I started showing them her pictures almost every day, joking around as if she were already my girlfriend.

---

# Chapter 4 — They Found Her Name

One day, one of my friends decided to check my Facebook account to see whether she was actually my friend.

Around the same time, I found her TikTok account.

I showed it to my cousin.

He suddenly grabbed the phone from my hand.

He read her name.

They knew.

The secret was gone.

And there was still almost half of the vacation left.

From that day onward, they started teasing me using her actual name.

I told them to stop.

They didn't.

The entire rest of the vacation passed with them teasing me about her.

Eventually, my cousin returned to his school.

I thought the teasing would finally stop.

It didn't.

Every Friday, I visited my hometown, and my friends there continued saying her name in front of me.

I became genuinely annoyed.

But I kept thinking that eventually they would get bored and forget about her.

Days became weeks.

Weeks became months.

They never forgot.

The entire year passed like that.

---

# Chapter 5 — Grade 10

Grade 10 began normally.

But this time, I decided to do something I had been too nervous to do before.

I messaged her.

I opened Facebook Messenger.

I typed:

"hello"

She replied:

"hi"

It was only two words.

But I was extremely nervous.

The next day at school, I was scared that she might react differently after our conversation.

But she didn't.

She acted completely normal.

After that, I started noticing her more.

She was kind.

She was quiet.

She didn't talk to many people.

And I found myself becoming more interested in her.

---

# Chapter 6 — The Drawing

It was around the end of Baisakh.

I remembered that she liked drawing.

So I decided to draw her.

I wasn't a very good artist.

I tried making a proper sketch of her.

When I finished, I looked at it.

It was terrible.

I couldn't help laughing at myself.

But I didn't give up.

Instead, I tried making a simple outline drawing.

Somehow, it actually looked like her.

I was surprised that I had managed to make something recognizable.

Now there was only one problem.

I had to send it to her.

I stared at the drawing for a while.

I thought about sending it.

Then I became nervous.

I waited for a few hours, thinking about what I should do.

Finally, I opened Messenger.

I typed:

"Do you like drawing?"

I sent the message.

A few moments later, she replied:

"yup!"

I stared at the message.

It was a tiny conversation.

But to me, it felt like the beginning of something.

Verloren in Gedanken.

„Doch. Sofort.“

Tiziana spürte sofort die Spannung.

„Ich sollte gehen.“

„Nein, warte—“

Doch sie hatte sich bereits umgedreht.

Als sie verschwand, sah Fiyero ihr nach.

„Interessant.“

„Was?“

„Du hast noch nie versucht, jemanden aufzuhalten.“

Jimin sah ebenfalls in die Richtung, in der Tiziana verschwunden war.

„Keine Ahnung.“

Fiyero grinste.

„Aha.“

⸻

Voller Geheimnisse.

Und voller gebrochener Herzen.

The World's Worst Rapper

Jay had been rapping for six years.

Nobody knew.

Not because he was underground. Not because he was mysterious. Not because he was waiting for the perfect moment to drop his masterpiece.

Nobody knew because Jay was fucking terrible.

His lyrics were awkward. His flow was worse. His beats sounded like they had been made on a microwave. Even his friends had stopped pretending.

“You should probably keep your day job,” his best mate, Damo, told him one night.

Jay stared at him.

“I don't have a day job.”

“Exactly.”

Jay lived in a tiny apartment above a takeaway shop, worked random shifts whenever someone would hire him, and spent every spare dollar on recording equipment.

But he believed he was destined to become famous.

One Friday night, after getting rejected by another local studio, Jay went home drunk, opened his phone camera and recorded the worst freestyle of his life.

There was no beat.

No preparation.

He just started rapping.

“I got the money, I got the fame,

I got the—uh—different name…”

He stopped.

“Fuck it.”

He uploaded the video to a small social media account and went to sleep.

The next morning, it had three views.

Jay was devastated.

Then he noticed something strange.

One of the accounts that had watched it belonged to Kane V, the biggest rapper on the planet.

Jay laughed.

“Yeah, right.”

He assumed it was a fake account.

It wasn't.

Kane V had actually watched the video.

And he watched it again.

Then again.

By lunchtime, Kane had sent the video to his manager.

“Find this guy.”

---

Three days later, Jay was sitting in an expensive recording studio surrounded by platinum records.

Kane V walked through the door.

Jay nearly fell out of his chair.

“Mate,” Kane said, shaking his hand. “I've been looking for you.”

Jay couldn't speak.

Kane played the freestyle through the studio speakers.

Jay covered his face.

“Can we not play that?”

“No.”

Kane looked serious.

“You don't understand what you've done.”

Jay assumed he was about to get laughed out of the building.

Instead, Kane explained something unbelievable.

Buried underneath Jay's terrible lyrics was a bizarre rhythmic pattern.

Every pause.

Every mistake.

Every accidental rhyme.

It created a sequence that no producer had ever managed to create deliberately.

Kane called it the Broken Flow.

He believed it could completely change rap.

Jay didn't understand any of this.

“So… you think I'm good?”

Kane smiled.

“No.”

Jay's face dropped.

“I think you're something nobody has ever heard before.”

Kane signed Jay to his label that afternoon.

Within a week, Jay's terrible freestyle had millions of views.

People argued about him constantly.

Some called him a genius.

Others called him the worst rapper alive.

Jay didn't care.

He was famous.

His first official song reached number one.

His second went platinum.

His third won an award.

Suddenly celebrities wanted pictures with him. Brands wanted him in advertisements. Fans waited outside his apartment.

Jay had gone from three followers to millions in less than a year.

But there was one problem.

Jay still couldn't rap.

Every time he tried to make another song, the magic disappeared.

His label didn't care.

They wanted the Broken Flow.

So Jay deliberately made mistakes.

He forgot lyrics.

Started verses too early.

Stopped halfway through sentences.

Sometimes he didn't even rhyme.

And somehow, people loved it.

Then the biggest rapper in the world challenged him to a live battle.

Twenty thousand people packed into an arena.

Jay stood on stage shaking.

His opponent smiled.

“You're a joke.”

The beat started.

Jay opened his mouth.

Nothing came out.

The crowd went silent.

For the first time since becoming famous, Jay couldn't accidentally create the Broken Flow.

His opponent started laughing.

Then Jay noticed something.

The crowd wasn't waiting for a perfect rapper.

They were waiting for him.

So Jay stopped trying.

He threw the microphone onto the floor.

“Fuck rapping.”

The crowd erupted.

Jay grabbed the mic again.

“I've been pretending I know what I'm doing for the last two years.”

Silence.

“I don't.”

People started laughing.

Jay smiled.

“And apparently that's why you all fucking love me.”

The beat dropped again.

Jay started rapping exactly the way he had on that first terrible video.

Awkward.

Uncomfortable.

Completely unpredictable.

The crowd exploded.

His opponent couldn't follow him.

Every time Jay went off-beat, the DJ adapted.

Every mistake became part of the performance.

When Jay finished, the arena was screaming.

He hadn't won because he became a better rapper.

He won because nobody else could rap like Jay.

The next morning, Jay woke up to 40 million views.

Kane V called him.

“You finally figured it out.”

“Figured what out?”

Kane laughed.

“You were never supposed to become a good rapper.”

Jay looked at the mountain of awards sitting beside his bed.

“So what was I supposed to become?”

Kane paused.

“Famous.”

Jay smiled.

Then his phone buzzed.

A message from Hollywood.

They wanted Jay to star in a movie about his life.

The title?

THE WORST RAPPER ALIVE.

Jay stared at it.

“Fuck.”

For the first time in his life, he had a problem.

He couldn't act either.
Aarav and Kabir stay late at school to finish their project. They discover a mysterious classroom, 8-B, which shouldn't exist. Inside, they meet Maya, a strange girl who warns them about the last bell. Soon, the classroom traps them, and they discover that it chooses students to keep forever.
When the last bell rings, Kabir mysteriously disappears. Aarav realizes that he has become the classroom's next victim. The next morning, the classroom appears normal—but three bags are found inside, and the blackboard says “Maya, Aarav, Kabir — PRESENT.” Nobody remembers who they are, suggesting that the classroom has erased them from everyone's memory.
Final idea: The three students are now trapped in the mysterious Class 8-B forever. 👻

A late-morning scene in Vomero, Naples, Italy. Pippi, a young woman with short dark bixie hair, sits opposite him with an amused, ironic expression. Riccardo is happily eating an abundant breakfast. Show warm Mediterranean sunlight, a lively Naples street visible outside, café tables and authentic local details. Retro Japanese pop-comic style, bold black outlines, saturated orange, yellow, red and turquoise, dramatic graphic shadows, vintage halftone dots and printed comic texture. Consistent character design, expressive faces, dynamic panels. No portals, no fantasy elements, no extra characters, no 3D, no photorealism.
Create ONE COMPLETE traditional Japanese manga page in PURE BLACK AND WHITE, divided into EXACTLY FOUR sequential panels, following RIGHT-TO-LEFT manga reading order.

**ART STYLE:**
Highly detailed, authentic hand-drawn Japanese seinen manga, inspired by the contemplative atmosphere, realistic backgrounds, subtle emotions and cinematic storytelling of Inio Asano's Goodnight Punpun (Oyasumi Punpun).

Traditional pencil and ink illustration on manga paper. Extremely fine, delicate, organic linework, subtle imperfections, elegant contours, detailed hair strands, natural fabric folds and realistic architectural perspective.

The drawing must look completely finished and professionally illustrated by hand, NOT digitally generated. Use EXTREMELY MINIMAL hatching and crosshatching. Avoid heavy shadows, excessive black areas, dense textures, artificial gradients and glossy effects. Preserve clean white areas and delicate line-weight variations.

**CHARACTER:**
One slim teenage girl with straight, shoulder-length hair, wearing a plain white sleeveless tank top and short striped pajama shorts.

Maintain EXACTLY the same face, hairstyle, body proportions and clothing in every panel. Natural anatomy, realistic movements and subtle expressions.

**LOCATION:**
A small, modest bedroom containing a single bed, a desk with a computer beside the bed, and a closed bedroom door. Slippers rest on the floor beside the bed. Keep furniture placement consistent.

**PANEL 1 — OVERHEAD ESTABLISHING SHOT:**
Extreme bird's-eye view, camera directly above the bedroom, looking vertically downward.

The girl lies awake on her back in bed, with BOTH EYES OPEN, staring silently at the ceiling. Her head rests on a pillow, arms relaxed naturally beside her body.

Show the bed, desk, computer and surrounding bedroom. Quiet early-morning atmosphere. Detailed bedding and realistic room perspective.

**PANEL 2 — FLOOR-LEVEL CLOSE-UP:**
Extreme low-angle close-up, camera almost touching the bedroom floor.

Show ONLY the girl's TWO bare feet and lower legs as she lowers them from the edge of the mattress toward the floor. Her slippers are nearby.

Her face, torso and arms must remain outside the frame. Both legs must be anatomically correct, with no additional limbs.

**PANEL 3 — DIAGONAL MEDIUM SHOT:**
Three-quarter diagonal camera angle, approximately waist height.

The girl rises naturally from the edge of her bed, leaning slightly forward while placing her weight on her feet.

Her face is visible, showing a subtle, sleepy, contemplative expression. Correct human proportions, natural posture and realistic clothing folds.

**PANEL 4 — DISTANT SIDE-PROFILE SHOT:**
Wide cinematic shot, camera perpendicular to the girl's walking direction.

Show the girl's entire body in clear side profile as she walks slowly across the bedroom toward the closed door.

Her arms hang naturally, posture relaxed, expression neutral. The bed, desk and computer remain in their established positions. She has NOT opened the door.

**STRICT ANATOMICAL ACCURACY:**
Only ONE girl exists in the scene. She has EXACTLY TWO arms, TWO hands, TWO legs and TWO feet. No duplicated limbs, extra legs, extra feet, distorted joints, fused body parts or impossible poses.

Every limb must connect naturally to the body. Preserve realistic anatomy in all four panels.

**CRITICAL PANEL DIFFERENTIATION:**
Each panel MUST depict a different moment, pose, camera angle, framing and perspective.

Panel 1: overhead wide shot, girl lying awake.
Panel 2: floor-level close-up, feet approaching floor.
Panel 3: diagonal medium shot, girl standing up.
Panel 4: distant side-profile wide shot, girl walking.

Never duplicate, mirror, recycle or reuse previous panel compositions. No repeated portraits.

**FINAL REQUIREMENTS:**
EXACTLY FOUR PANELS ON ONE PAGE. Clear panel borders and traditional Japanese manga layout. Pure black and white. No color, dialogue, speech bubbles, captions, text or sound effects. No hallway or kitchen scenes.

Prioritize cinematic visual storytelling, delicate handmade manga aesthetics, accurate anatomy, consistent character design and extremely minimal hatching.
The main character (the girl) is leaning against a wall at the school courtyards, lighter in hand, cigarette between her lips, she looks absent minded.
She is tall, long legs, lean muscles and not curvy, almost tomboyish body shape. She has black wolfcut hair, long black eyes, with a sharp look, sharp jawline, permanent features, she's handsome, in a lonely-looking way.
Her black uniform shirt has sleeves rolled up to forearms, and the tie is loose. She's wearing pants rather than skirt.

# END OF CHAPTER 1

## NEXT: "THE OBSERVER"
TYPE :

STYLE VISUEL :

The girl: cute Latina with warm olive-tan skin, beautiful sparkly almond-shaped dark-brown eyes, long eyelashes, and very long, thick, wavy-curly black hair with bangs across her forehead. She has a petite, elegant hourglass figure with a small waist and feminine curves. She is not very tall. Her face is slightly long-shaped but soft and cute. She wears a pretty pink dress with a modest neckline and full chest coverage, elegant and feminine.

The boy: very tanned skin, short dark hair with slightly spiky/curly hair at the front, warm dark-brown eyes that are more open in shape, a beautiful smile, and a very muscular build. He is not tall and is only slightly taller than her. His face is kind, warm, and gentle. He wears a simple black shirt with jeans.

The story flows naturally from one moment into the next: First, they are at a colorful arcade playing Tekken together. In the old arcade machines of tekken not with PlayStation controllers. They are both holding controllers and completely focused on the game. She is laughing because he almost never wins, while he is intensely concentrating and determined to finally beat her.

Later, they are at home in their kitchen. He is cooking chicken curry for her while she watches. She comes up behind him and hugs him while he cooks. He asks her, “How does it smell?” She playfully smells him instead and says, “Hmm… you smell good.” He laughs “hey the chicken not me”.

Later that night, they sit together on a wooden bridge over a large, peaceful pond beneath a beautiful star-filled sky. They sit close together and talk for hours about God, faith, and God’s love, sharing their thoughts and dreams with each other. The atmosphere is peaceful and deeply connected.

Finally, they walk home together underneath the stars, each holding an ice cream. They are still talking and laughing. He jokingly complains that her ice cream always tastes better, even though he has his own.

All the dialogue in perfect grammar English but don’t add extra phrases than those I told you
The overall feeling should be that these simple, ordinary moments are becoming precious memories of their life together. Very romantic, soft, warm, wholesome, intimate, playful, and nostalgic. Beautiful manga artwork, expressive faces and body language, cinematic composition, detailed environments, soft lighting, and strong visual storytelling. Make the characters’ appearances consistent in every moment
